Behaviour of receptionist

The fact that I'm never booking another hotel trusting your services and ratings, it's straight out bad!!

Hotel asked for extra money or denied the room, they took rs 200 extra, the people were very unprofessional, the staff was too strange and room seemed like small bunkers which were very smelly and doesn't look anything like photo's.

I like only behaviour of the staff

It is very bad property towels are not clean , badly maintain

Breakfast was very tasty.

Rooms could have been bigger. Washroom could have been cleaner

The location is good ... Although my last experience was good here . The only good thing is hotel is at great location and they also allow outside food

My stay at this hotel was quite good during my last visit but cleanliness was an issue that time too... Ants and spider webs under ny bed were there... This timee tooo I requested for a different room although the hotel was vacant they denied, No water bottles were given and there were flies all over... I left the hotel before my check out time... Very unhappy with my stay this time...
