The location of the property is central and quiet. The kitchen is basic but well-equipped. We had booked to stay for four nights, but due to reasons below, we left after two nights. The hosts refunded us for one night as a gesture of good will which was greatly appreciated.

The day of the check in, I received a text message from the host asking to collect the keys from a separate location. As we had a car this was fine but could be inconvenient for people who do not have their own transport. During the check in, we were told there was a security deposit of 200 euros. This was expected, however the host only accepted cash. As we were not told of the 'cash only' requirement in advance, we had to drive to an ATM, withdraw cash, drive back to meet the host, and then drive to the property. The check in process was not smooth at all and communication was poor - it would have been useful to know of the 'cash only' requirement prior to meeting the host. The property itself is very basic and outdated. It doesn't provide any typical amenities (we had to purchase our own toilet paper, washing up liquid, dish brush, soap etc). You can rent a sheet and a towel for 12 euros (which is not replaced for the duration of your stay). There is no air conditioning and no WiFi, although it does say this in the advertisement. The photos in the advertisement on booking.com were not of the apartment we were given. We felt this was misleading, as our apartment was a lot smaller and older than what we were expecting. Because of this we ended our trip early. When explaining this to the host, we were told that if we didn't like the apartment because it wasn't what was shown in the pictures, we should have just asked for a different one.

Very good location near San Teodoro village.

There was no air condition in apartement and quite a few ants. The kitchen equipment was very minor and frying pans was very poor condition.
