Everything is good

We decided to stay at Annes House as we were looking for an experience, rather than just a place to stay. Everything from the moment we booked to when we left was just perfect. The attention to detail from the hosts made every part of the stay an experience rather than just a room! Locally sourced produce for breakfast which was made with love felt so special! We could not recommend Annes House highly enough and how we were made to feel. It truly was a “gem “we found and an experience that will draw us back time and time again. Oliva and Michael have created a unique experience in sharing their beautiful home. A huge thank you to Olivia and Michael for their gentle, welcoming manner. We look forward to seeing you again xx

what a little gem. the hosts were very. friendly and the cleanliness was second to none. we were welcomed with complimentary tea and cake, which was a wonderful start to the stay.

We stayed at St Anne’s House for 1 night whilst attending a family event in Hastings. Michael and Olivia were extremely welcoming, they went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable and all our needs were catered for. There were lots of thoughtful touches with homemade biscuits and lovely smelling toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous! I would highly recommend saying at St Anne’s.

Everything. Honestly not anything we could ask to be better. Beautiful house, great location, fantastic rooms, amazing breakfast and the most lovely hosts. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hastings.

A fabulous room in a beautiful house. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was even a view of the sea and the castle. Good choices for breakfast, which were well cooked. Great china! Would definitely return.

Absolutely everything, the little touches, the decor, the calm and tranquility, the destination, the hosts, the food. It exceeded all expectations.

Welcoming but not overbearing hosts, exceptionally clean all around. Lovely bath and shower. Really glad we stayed for breakfast because it was all local (and outstanding!). Would definitely recommend to all!

The staff were very friendly! The Manager, Michael, was really kind and helpful with bookings, especially since we had to make last minute cancellation and then make another booking. Our colleague was very happy with her stay at Anne's House.
