The property was absolutely amazing couldn’t fault anything will definitely recommend to others

had everything you needed for a weekend away.

One bed very comfortable one very uncomfortable. door squeaked. oven could have been cleaner. bin men came very early each morning.

There was a welcoming pack with bread, pain au chocolat, biscuits, cereal, jam and coffee pods. The kitchen was well laid out and supplied. There is a lovely view of the sea from the living room and the two bedrooms are a good size. Mauro was also quick to respond when we asked for an extra set of keys to the apartment.

The windows in the bedrooms could have been cleaned and there were crumbs under the cushions on the sofa.

Great view and location.

The bed was terrible.

Location is great, very close to coastline and downtown area. This property has a fine view. Parking space is sufficient on the road, in addition, large public parking is just in front of the property.

Brilliant location spacious apartment only downside the lift didn’t work so more calories spent running up the stairs which probably was a good thing 😂🤣

Im being really picky here One small thing there are no mirrors in the bedrooms so when there are 3 females trying to get ready at once you have to queue to use the small mirror in the bathroom the one in the hall is too high to use?

Communication was great. Check-in instructions really clear telling us where to park and how to access the property, which worked perfectly - just what you need after a 4 hour drive. The view was exactly as described, nothing better than waking up to an uninterrupted sea view. Location was also great with easy access to shops, Hastings Old Town and St Leonards. Appartment was clean and had everything we needed, although the weather was very kind to us so we were barely in! We booked this short break as a replacement for a Covid cancelled 10 days in Portugal and although it wasn't quite the same all the family enjoyed it and we would definitely return.

There was very little to dislike. Only slight criticism was that the sofa bed was not the usual type and was slightly smaller and a little uncomfortable. One of the children slept on it though so we made it work.

Lovely property right on the seafront! Lovely touches like the coffee machine and pods and basics like washing up liquid etc to get you started!

The only downside to this property it the beds! The bigger bedrooms bed squeaks every time you move and the mattresses on both beds sink in the middle so you roll into the middle all the time!
