Fantastic stay from start to finish at Antica Dimora Magi.
Unfortunately the weather was very bad in Sorrento at the time so we were very happy to have such a beautiful hotel to stay in while hiding from the rain.
Our flight was delayed and Raffaella waited for us to arrive and directed us to the nearby car park as we hired a car. She was so helpful for our entire stay. She reccomended the best ice cream shop around the corner which we went to every day.
The breakfast was incredible. I usually have low expectations for breakfast in Italy however the food here was super. Everything was home made including some delicious foccacia bread and orders were taken to have a variety of eggs with bacon.
Between the warm welcome, incredibly central location, reasonable price point and the beautiful breakfast, I would love to come back and stay here again.

Modern accommodations in a historic property. Lovely stay in a bright bedroom with a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast including cooked to order eggs. Highly recommend.

bed was very hard and uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. there also was no hand soap or hair conditioner. breakfast was awful - very stale pastries, cold hot dogs, burned coffee, etc.

The room is modern, clean, spacious and unique - two floor room with a wooden cieling, in a cool building that combines old and new and it is well designed. The stuff (Rafaella, Nicola, Guise) were so kind and caring, always tried to help and are truly nice people with a warm heart. Already miss them. Breakfeast is varied, and omlette and coffee are made according to your choice. Besides, the hotel is super close to everyrhing in Sorrento, and just a few minutes away from anything you'll do. Truly a perfect location. Seriously one of the best places i've been to. Will gladly come back!

Such a pleasant surprise during our trip to Italy! Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room had some welcome treats which we didn’t expect as it wasn’t any special occasion. Breakfast is nice. Bed is very comfortable and the shower is AMAZING. Lots of space in the room we got. Loved it!
Light sleepers might be bothered by some street noise and staff preparing breakfast early in the morning.

we have just come back from a 4 night stay. we had the best time and can not recommend this hotel enough. The location is right in the centre of Sorrento surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was also exceptionally clean and comfortable we have a little balcony over looking the courtyard which was really nice. All of the staff at this hotel were so lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay.

Perfect location and exceptional staff. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Love the rainforest shower. Breakfast was really good, you can get fresh fruit juice.

AC didnt work well and the air it whiffles was smelling bed. Room was too noisy and the breakfast can not finish at 10am in a summer hotel.

Amazing service, smiling people everywhere, top location, and most importantly, they own the gelateria around the corner which serves by far the best gelato ice-cream I’ve ever tasted. so gooood.

The Antica Dimora Magi was absolutely beautiful ultra modern facilities and staff were extremely helpfull.

Excellent location, in the center of the historical area.
Small hotel with very nice and available service.
Calm breakfast area.
Easy for a starting point of Amalfi Coast visit.
Parking is only available some minutes away from hotel (hotel is located in a walking area).
Bathroom is very small and bed resides in a mezzanine, so some noise during the night when you need to use the WC.

We liked everything about this unique property! Its excellent location, the lovely restoration and upkeep of the place, its history, its cleanliness and beautiful rooms with excellent amenities, especially the hot tub and enormous size of the room and the outdoor area too. It is extremely peaceful! I cannot leave out the friendly staff who work at this beautiful property. All of them were so helpful, Rafaella, Nikola and Lucy ❤️ They always greet you with a SORRISO, even in your morning cappucino ☺️🙏 They made our stay an impeccable from beginning to end. Much Love from Malta ❤️
