Loved the Avifauna park. Bed super comfortable. Restaurant good but expensive.
Our balcony was tiny, and it appeared to be also accessible by the personnel, as we saw a full ash tray next to one of the chairs there and the next day, one chair was missing.

Loved everything about the property! The staff were amazing on reception, in the restaurant and at breakfast! The room was spacious and clean and perfect for one night. Me and my mum went into the bird zoo right next to the hotel which was a lovely experience!
I asked for an iron from reception and before i arrived at the room, the iron and ironing board were there waiting!!! Now that’s service for you!! Also I couldn’t get an Uber or cab for 40 minutes and this very kind gentleman with the Hotel offered to give me and my mum a lift to a very important appointment! He saved the day!! 🙌🏼

Breakfast is expensive so we went into town and found a nice cafe a couple of minutes away.

The hotel is right next to a little zoo. You have unlimited free access during the stay (we didn’t know until we arrived). The room is clean and comfortable. There’s a bathtub and a shower.
The reception asked more than the price I booked. I asked few times to understand, but they seemed lost with their own booking system. They finally refunded me after. Remember to check on booking before you pay.

Everything was fine, but…
We are very upset by the interruption in this hotel. The cleaner came to us 2 times. Why do you kick us out if the eviction is before 11:30??? This hasn't happened even in the cheapest hotel! We're shocked! She came to us at 10 and woke us up, then she came again at 10:45. It's outrageous!
After my message (the text described above), a maid ran up to me and said that our number had a "green indicator" so she burst into us again and again. But what are we to blame for??? We didn't invite the hotel staff to our room! Have a conscience. The cleaner does not contact the reception. It's outrageous! We didn't even get an apology after the message! Expensive hotel with cheap manners! Shame!
