The location. 2 minute walk from the train station.

The reception staff were rude. They cancelled my booking as I was late due to a family bereavement even though I did inform them of this beforehand. They said I would be charged an additional fee. I had paid for a 3 night stay so my room should have still been available when I arrived. Instead they had to put me in a different room.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein tolles Haus. Frühstück umfangreich

Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Beim letzten Aufenthalt konnte man 24 Stunden den kostenlosen Kaffeeautomaten nutzen. Das geht leider nicht mehr 😕

De locatie dicht bij het station was fantastisch. Het personeel was aardig en het ontbijt was top!

De bedden waren veel te hard, het voelde net als steen. De rest van de kamer was echt top maar de bedden waren echt veel te hard. Natuurlijk verscheelt het per persoon wat je fijner vind maar persoonlijk vond ik dit niet prettig.

Hotel within walking distance from the Hoofddorp train station. We joined a tour group the day after our arrival - and the friendly gentleman at reception arranged that we could stay in the same room for the two nights.

There is a lot of construction adjacent to the hotel, making travelling on foot rather unsafe.

Breakfast was fantastic to be honest. The buffet was brilliant!

We didn’t like the room they put us in first night. There was no ventilation and it was a small room size. But Senna was absolutely fantastic with us after we had a little hick up at the first night. But senna was amazing and very supportive throughout the rest of our stay when they gave us a new room in the morning of the next day Thank him so much for us because He is a great asset to your team

Lage etwas außerhalb ganz nett. Interessantes feature: die Kleiderschranktür ist gleichzeitig die Badezimmertür

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage. Leider komplett umzingelt von unzähligen Baustellen worauf nicht hingewiesen wurde die aber eindeutig schon länger bestehen. Wir hatten silberfischschen im Zimmer, Schlieren an der Wand, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und der Lampe, ordentlich dreckige Fenster und die Abluft im Bad funktioniert nicht. Es gibt keine klobürste, Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert und hygienetüten nicht nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück ist definitiv zu teuer (17,50€) für billige aufbackbrötchen und Dosenobst.

唯一不满意的地方是晚上有几个年轻的孩子在客房楼层追逐游戏，不时地碰撞我房间的门，一开始我不知道发生了什么事，以为有人试图打开我的房间，从猫眼中我看见是有人在走廊玩耍靠在我的门上，我打开门提醒他们这里有住户，情况才改善。

The hotel is a short walk from train station (there are platform entrances opposite the hotel) and one stop from Schiphol airport. It was easy to get to. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. The blackout curtains keep the room dark, it was quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. Value for money was good.

There was nothing I did not like. I would happily use this hotel again.

Lage mit sehr guter Bahnanbindung. Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe, ca. 20 Min. Fußweg. Zimmer sind ruhiger auf der Rückseite (weniger Straßen- u. Bahnlärm)

Durch die vielen Kurzaufenthalte immer wieder sehr viel An- und Abreisebetrieb und teilweise sehr viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück.

Grzyb pod prysznicem!!! Stosunek ceny do jakości słaby. Następnym razem wybiorę inny hotel. Powinni mieć odebraną przynajmniej jedna gwiazdkę. Nie polecam.

We needed a room close to the airport with easy access to the Keukenhof Gardens. The Hampton met our needs. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station which made getting to the airport fast and convenient. We took Lyft to the Gardens because we had an 8am entrance time. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious; pretty much what you'd expect as any Hampton by U.S. standards. Overall, a good choice

The breakfast eating area is adequate for the size of the crowds, but the actual buffet area is undersized causing crowding and lines. Best to go to breakfast as early as possible, however, be aware that tour groups stay here so they eat early as well.

Prima hotel voor een overnachting in geval een vroege vlucht vanaf Schiphol. Vanaf het hotel loop je via de stationtoegang aan de Polarisavenue snel naar de trein.

Jammer dat er geen restaurant is. Er zijn gelukkig wel mogelijkheden op loopafstand.

Mycket god frukost med gott om bra mat.

在这里住过很多次了，工作人员很热情，早餐时也可以欣赏周围风景，离火车站一两百米，去市中心和机场都很方便。

Es war ok… aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Personal hat die Buchung nicht gefunden, ich sollte bei booking.com anrufen und mir ein anderes Hotel geben lassen, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war. Dann ging es plötzlich doch. Zimmer war ok, aber in der Toilette lief durchgehend laut das Wasser. Haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Komisch, war doch noch eins da. Frühstück war Nix besonderes. Rührei Mega künstlich. Nicht viel Auswahl…

Hôtel pas conseillé pour des français. Personnel ne parle français et ne font aucun effort.

Hyvä sijainti aivan juna-aseman vieressä johon vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Asemalta vain n.5 minuutin junamatka lentokentälle. Hyvä aamiainen.

Ilmastointi oli epäkunnossa eikä lämpötilaa tai puhallin nopeutta pystynyt säätämään. Kun soitin vastaanottoon niin luvattiin tulla katsomaan puolen tunnin sisällä. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan koskaan tullut. Seuraavana aamuna huomautin tästä uudelleen vastaanotossa ja taas luvattiin käydä päivän aikana tarkistamassa/korjaamassa. Ei ollut kuitenkaan käyty päivän aikana tai ei ainakaan ollut tullut kuntoon. Onneksi huoneen lämpötila oli suhteellisen ok eikä tuosta onneksi liikaa ollut haittaa. Mutta vähän jäi huono fiilis tästä välinpitämättömyydestä.
