Can’t complain dorms are cleaned everyday showering facilities probably as good as any hotel best part of the property tho is the bar underneath or beside the hostel the staff and the food are 10/10

To hot at night.

I can put my luggage in the morning before check in time. And I can put my luggage and get it in the evening. The staff are helpful especially the tall guy who helped me with my luggage.

The locker was made of metal so it created noise when people opened and closed it. It disturbed a lot at night.

All the steps to the room, the church behind freaked me out each 30 minutes,

It was clean

Hostel "preauthorized" almost the whole amount from my card , when arrived to check in I was told I have to pay the full amount and preauthorized amount will be cancelled and returned within 8 days. Complete nonsense, expected to pay for the difference and thats it..

Not well organized, they are not sure how should stay on each room The toilets are usually a mess and the beds make noise when people go to it It's a standard hostel so dont expect much, but at the same time it's not thaaaat bad

The location is great

The upper bed is very uncomfortable to reach. The drawer for your stuff is under the bed . The bathroom is not always clean.

Dear Travellers, Actually , I didn't want to give them 1 untill check out time. Becasue, when I wanted to leave my luggage at the property, they wanted 6 €uro extra fees.Who is work as a house keeper the MAN. I said why cost is extra money, he was laugh at to me then say '' here is Amsterdam '' I was shock. I have been travell almost Europe never seen housekeeper doing to this business. They give to me to top floor room which is 15 square meters was like a prison so small . Toilet was not clean, smeel was terrible. Wifi was not connected so I had to take a Sım Card. They didn't care about my complaint.
