You can wake up from alram sound next to your room. No sound proof at all. Towels are old and my room had some smell

Some of the bathrooms and rooms can use an upgrade/refresh but it is always clean and neat. The pillows and duvets could also be different and improved but this is just personal preference.

The room was clean and the shower was good and there was no noise.

We book a double deluxe suite and got a twin suite.when we went back to reception to inform them we was told to push the beds together.there was tea and coffe but no milk and the two bottles of water in our room that had been refilled from the tap. wardrobe that was to low to hang dresses in so this is not a 5 star more like a 2 maybe 3 star on a good day

Hotel is nice but may be problematic for disabled persons due to stairs and halls taht are not on the lift floors. Rest was great.
