not much to like here

no booze at bar. bad service. no soap. shittt towels no hot water for shower

it's an amazing property stunning views and limitless potential the inclusive breakfast is truly top notch and if you're on a suite like I was it was brought over to the unit by staff which are equally amazing nice and very helpful almost going out of there way to ensure that the guests had the most amazing experience possible

the restaurants weren't available the lack of passion put forth by the operators it's almost like they couldn't care less if it's empty of completely booked

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was good 5-10 min walk from beach and city centre.

Breakfast was quite limited for a 4 star hotel and was same everyday during our 5 days trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very nicely sized room. The bathroom was big, and did not have a tub (better IMHO, not a fan of baths). The room was clean, had a small balcony where you could leave clothes and bathing suits to dry, although our room did not have any sitting options on the balcony. The clothes rails could use a referbishment tbh. There was also a place that could be used as a desk and a chair, so one can imagine working for a day or two from the room. The bed was large and comfrotable, there was a safe and a small fridge in the room too, enough storage for two people for many days if needed and plenty of places to leave your stuff. Overall, a very positive experience.

One thing that could be improved is the clothes rails on the balcony, and perhaps the quality of the soaps that are provided. Something that you might not enjoy is a rather steep uphill walk to reach the hotel if you fancy walking to the city centre. We are keen walkers, so it was a pleasure to have a small challenge after a nice walk. On the plus side, you get nice views of the city! While staff used masks and there were many hand sanitising locations, there could be a person assisting with serving breakfast to avoid many guests touching the same utensils, but given that, in theory, most are already vaccinated (Sept 2021), this is a minor nuissance.

The grounds of the villa were very nice, the pool was excellent. It was nice that we had our own parking. The room was very spacious and we were afforded what we needed.

Upon arriving the gate was down so there was no way of entering, I had to call the property and after 15 minutes finally answered the call and opened the gate. There is only one way up and down into the property. It is away from the center so you will always have to drive. The room although spacious did not have air working and had to call it was addressed but not like how you want to enter a room. After a few days there was no water, so that took a few hours to fix. The cleaning service is a separate fee that they do not tell you until the end of your stay was an extra $35. They wanted to charge me extra for the service bar which I did not use. The breakfast was horrendous, unorganized the staff acting like they were being forced to help you. When I arrived there was barely anything to eat, the yogurt was water the hard-boiled eggs were running I never did the breakfast even though I paid for it in the package. The staff does a bad job of communicating when you arrive takes you to room, gives you the key, and walks away, a little more service goes a long way after spending quite a bit of money there.

The only good think is the location but you will feel disappointed after one hour of your stay

Hot and cold water did not work and we raise the issue everyday. Cleaning was not great for 2 days they left the break fast left outside the room with all insect coming. Breakfast was very poor for almost all the staying everything processed and only the last days they add food because there were more guest. We took the suites but the treatment was less than 3 star hotel

Location is very good, close to the center and the beach (by car, if you walk expect an intensive hike). We had a private parking spot with the suite. The view was beautiful, seeing the sea and the city. They were not troubled when we asked last minute for a late check out.

The suite was not living up to the expectations. The first suite had no bath tub (which they do mention 3x as spa bath, hot tub and bath tub in the facilities of the suite), so we were moved to another suite. The second suite had a disappointing view compared to the rest of the hotel as there was a huge tree blocking half of the view. The bath tub was old and had some mild bubbles that could not be adjusted as the buttons were broken. When we asked to change back to the initial suite (15 minutes later) they said it was not possible. The first suite was small, but looked very new with wooden floor and new furniture. The second suite was much larger but had old furniture and looked outdated in full. Also, there was some water randomly appearing in the bathroom floor, probably a small leakage issue. When arriving there was no communication on additional facilities or extra activities of the hotel. The indoor pool was closed and also the spa and gym were not accessible (covid?). The breakfast was highly disappointing and looked as if it was at least two days old. We have many friends and family in the area and could have been regulars to what is suppose to be the best hotel in the area. However, after this stay we will not consider this as an option again.

The room was very clean! The staff was very friendly! My stay was great!
