We appreciated spacious room and hotel location in a residential area. However, despite being in a quiet neighbourhood, our room faced the road, exposing us to disruptive car noise and hotel maintenance sounds. The advertised "good breakfast" felt short, offering limited options, particularly for warm food. We were disappointed to find that once the warm food ran out, there were no additional offerings. Cleaning standards were mediocre, necessitating us to follow up and request towel replacements. Families with infants should be aware of the stiff uphill road leading to the hotel, as it might require additional effort.

Our experience took a drastic downturn during checkout due to a misunderstanding caused by the hotel staff. What followed was an unpleasant revelation of the service quality – staff resorted to shaming, talking over us, and even involving other guests to emphasize their point. This incident left a lasting negative impression. Despite seeking explanations from the management, they failed to followup on this incident or address our concerns. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant, and given the same budget, we believe there are better accommodation options available.

The room was very spacious and looked good and clean. The bathroom was also quite big and had a bathtub. There was plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards. This would be fine for a long stay. The room looked the same as the pictures. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

There is a bus stop in the same street as the hotel, but this bus runs once in half an hour. You would have to walk a bit for the other bus stops. It is not that far but if you arrive with all your luggage, it would be nice if there was a bus stop closer. The road to the hotel is also quite uphill and especially at the entrance.

The rooms here are very well appointed. Lots of space and just what you need for a short or long stay. Breakfast is delicious and staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was very good. Room very comfortable, good air conditioning, tasty breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood quite close to the city centre (10-15 min walk). The Slavin monument is also in proximity. There are public transportation stops nearby with easy connections to the train station and airport. The apartment was enormous, quite suitable for a longer stay. It was clean and comfortable, with a good wi-fi connection. Breakfast offered a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would surely love to go back :)

The only downside was that there are not enough tables in the breakfast restaurant to accommodate the number of guests.

TV didnt work properly and you had to be careful while taking a shower because otherwise the water leaked out of the shower “cabin”.

Hotel is very quiet.. nice location and good stuff they are very helpful .. there is no varieties in the breakfast but over all was delicious

It smelled weird in the room. Half of the lights didn’t work. There are stairs at the front door but no staff helped with the luggages. A little far from the historical center.

A big nice room, a comfortable bed and fine mattresses too. The area is very quiet. A walk of 10 min. to Michalska Brana, the center of the city; a bit uphill from the center back though; not easy to walk with luggage😊The hotel helps with a taxi ;the price in Bratislava is 5euros (do not take any pirate ones!!!! Here is the phone for the taxi:0918 555 555. However, different prices apply from Bratislava airport)

Check in is after 15.00- a bit inconvenient if you are there for a day or two. Tourists should feel they are appreciated!!! Going up and down the hill - a waste of time if you want to make as much as possible out of your short stay.

The hallways were not cleaned. The hotel didn't respect our reservations and they gave us other rooms. Although we reserved and paid for the parking, the second night the place was occupied and they woke me up at 7 to move the car. They didn't charge me for breakfast in return but for me the sleep was more important than money.

Booked two apartment rooms. Neither had a a kettle or tea or coffee. Both rooms were being redecorated. The first room had no curtains. The second room was half painted and the TV didn't work although it was replaced. The bathrooms in both rooms were tatty. There was only a take away breakfast available as the restaurant was closed.
