Our family and our friends stayed here for a long weekend and end of summer vacation. It’s a great location in town and easy to access. It suited our young children (5, 3, and 2) well and had everything we all needed. We would stay again in the future!

Lots of room

This was an awesome property that was perfect for our family reunion in Bearlake. It’s a beautiful new setup that accommodates plenty of people without feeling crowded. Loved the decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed for our stay, and great location for getting everywhere.

Our family stayed at Bear Lake for a long weekend family reunion. This property met our needs for a place to sleep after group activities. It's not super spacious for seven adults and three children, but we made it work. It has a good location for all we wanted to do in town and at the lake. It was easy to find, clean, and adequately stocked. Loved the two-car garage and corner spot for extra parking.

We love this location! Walking distance to so many great places in downtown Garden City. Check in was fast and easy. Parking is a little tricky with boats, especially if there are any other boats staying in the complex, even with the overflow parking lot. Property manager is great at responding and easy to work with.

Great property with central location. Very clean and well stocked. Quick response to questions would happily stay here again.

Needs more plates and cups. Broken furniture and fixtures.

We loved our stay and the space to spread out. Couches are not comfortable but we used pillows and managed fine. Well taken care of and clean. The summer would be great here.

This is a nice Condo, and the property manager was quick to respond to our texts. We would like to stay here again.

Just wanted a nice place to meet some of my extended family and visit bear lake. It was perfect. Plus garden city actually has more conveniences now that it did ten years ago when I would frequently visit before. So it was just great.

The house was really nice and had lots of space for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. I'm not sure how these places work in regards to cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper but there was none. So we bought toilet paper and used a LOT of our own paper towels and clorox wipes to clean. The floors could use a really good mopping because when you walk around with bare feet they end up black and when something spills or drips on the kitchen floor and you wipe it up your paper towel is black. The WIFI did not work for any of us, none of the connections would even come up on our phones inside the townhome. This was not a big deal as we were there for vacation and gone all day. I did contact the property manager and he was quick to respond and told me he would contact the internet company to come out the next day. This is a great little place absolutely worth the money to be right in town close to all the restaurants!! Would definitely rent again 🙂�🙂� in regards to other reviews it seems like they have bought more pillows for the place because there were plenty on the beds and extra in the closets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware. We had a great stay!

Very clean, property in great condition -- easy to communicate with owner. Would stay here again. Close to Main Street and lake.

This rental worked great for our family. The location is walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants in town. The kitchen could use more cooking tools/ small appliances/ bowls. The place was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

PROS Close to everything in town Clean and new Porch with two rocking chairs in the evenings/mornings Big fridge/microwave Easy check in and out Owner got right back to us when needed via text Just can’t beat Bear lake and surrounding valley CONS Couches and beds are BARE MINIMUM comfortable. After a long day on the lake it would have been nice to relax and sleep on comfort. Honestly the couches are NOT comfortable. They were for pure aesthetics. If you advertise to sleep 14 you should really have enough couch space for 14 people. Also, This is definitely not the first vacation rental that I’ve had this complaint, but blackout curtains or curtains at all in the bedrooms would be really nice. Light was shining in from street lights during the night and of course the sun was up by 7 AM. Also beware, you have to actually have a Netflix or Disney+ account to watch it on their smart TV. Which is fine because we did have them but if you’re going there thinking you’re going to watch those on their dime or because they automatically have it on their TV...not so. Right across from a busy KOA and the road was quite busy. This wasn’t too bothersome but could be to some people. OVERALL The place was worth the price. Not sure that I would book there again but we had a great time overall and it was a new place which was nice.

Great location near marina and town. Perfect size for our family of 9. Well stocked kitchen for our needs. All around very comfortable and affordable. Read other reviews about master mattress being too firm. We found it to be perfect for us and my husband likes firm and I like it soft. Would suggest to bring pillows if driving to condo as pillows were a little on the thin side. We’d rent here again!

The property was clean, cute, and comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with and we enjoying being able to walk to the store and to get raspberry shakes!

House was very clean. Very quiet area. Plenty of sleeping areas for us. Very well equipped. Block away from shops and restaurants. Only issue but not really an issue, can opener did not work. Good thing we took ours. No big deal. They had every dish imaginable. Kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Such a nice and relaxing stay. We were all very satisfied...

Cute town home! Plenty of places to sleep, the 3 couches fold out to a bed, had 3-4 extra blankets but not extra pillows. Clean, well stocked kitchen, they provided laundry soap, dish soap and garbage bags, lots of towels, Internet with Netflix and Disney plus! Central location, walking distance to Zip’s, Escape room, corner store. There was an indoor pool across the street that gave you a discount on admission, 1/2 way between North Beach and Rendezvous Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine until we started to cook. Hardly ANY pots or pans, AC was freezing? Could not figure it out. There was 2 hangers in the entire house. We called property manager as many things were not right, and we needed hangers! They told us to go to the store and buy some and they would reimburse us? And would come the next day to look at AC. But the entire stay it was freezing and we could NOT figure out the AC unit. Whoever cleaned the condo,left the mop bucket I the pantry full of dirty water. Our 2 yr. Old grandson tipped it over and it went all over kitchen. Gross! The very small green couches, VERY uncomfortable, seriously not cool when advertising capacity of 14 people? Only 1 TV, and internet RARELY worked, VERY FRUSTRATING! No ceiling fans in any bedroom. All rooms are upstairs and get warm when it was warm. Honestly the food stuck to every pan, and their was only a couple pans, we couldn't cook our meals at one time, had to go buy some pans. Very disappointing when you have 10 people to accommodate. The light in the master toilet, and the other bathroom, the lights only would come on some times. The one in master toilet never came on. Again, frustrating! The master bedroom mattress was the hardest bed we have ever slept on. Both me and my husband did not sleep good at all and had very soar backs from the bed! Silverware and dishes not enough for 14 people as advertised. They are trying to sell the unit, and it was obvious that this property was NOT a priority. Can opener was broken, again frustrating when you buy all this food, and get home and can't open them! On a positive note, the condo was very clean. I hope this feedback is enough to convince the landlord to invest in the proper supplies and fill the house with what it should have!!! The kitchen cupboards were very bare. The very bare minimum on everything! We did enjoy our stay, and tried to make the best of things. Wouldn't recommend this property tho unless all these concerns are addressed!

Nice and quiet. Close to the lake and town, but far enough away that its quiet. Beautiful and well kept

We chose this property for its proximity to Beaver Mountain ski area, but loved staying here for many more reasons. I was immediately impressed with how clean the condo was. The toilet paper and paper towels provided were of good quality (which is rare in a rental). We enjoyed having our own garage to store skis, snowboards and sleds. There’s a mud room type area upon entry from the garage which was really nice for keeping boots and coats. The kitchen was very clean, including inside the fridge, and all appliances are of good quality and worked perfectly. We are a family of four, so we didn’t need all the space, but we could have easily shared the condo with another family. I had an injury the day before we left which caused us to be rather slow in packing up to leave and Monica was very flexible on our check out time so we didn’t have to rush. The only areas I could see for improvement are that it would be nice to have tissues/Kleenex in the condo - we wiped our noses with toilet paper until we got to the store. Also, the master bed is extra, extra firm which was an issue for me. Fortunately we had extra beds so I just added a mattress from a softer bed, but if we had a full house I would have been in trouble. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next ski trip to Beaver Mountain.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of Garden City. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Just what we expected with above average service.

Great location, close to everything. The home was clean and well equipped. There is very little outdoor space but that was fine for us . We spent the days on the lake. The interior space was comfortable.

Absolutely loved this home. It was hard to find but after calling the Owner she helped me find it with no hesitation and it was pretty late. The entire home was clean and spacious and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to get away for a couple of nights. The home was new and the owners have thought of everything from extra pillows and blankets to little touches like books to pick up for a quick read. The location is great and close to the grocery store and eating places along Bear Lake Blvd. The seating and sleeping spaces are maximized. Our group had 8, but we could have easily fit more comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked, we ate all of our meals there and were able to find everything we needed to prepare them. We would absolutely recommend Bear Lake Escapes and hope to stay there again sometime!

Nice brand new townhome in a great location. The yard is not landscaped and did not have a grill yet, but I’m sure they will soon.
