Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione centrale, nella via principale della città, vicino alla metro e a molte attrazioni. La struttura è pulitissima e molto ben arredata. Silenziosa e letti molto comodi.

La colazione secondo me non è all'altezza dell'hotel, ma forse per gli standard loro va bene ... non saprei, comunque sufficiente. La pulizia della stanza non è giornaliera.... forse perché sono mini appartamenti.

La ubicación muy buena, y la decoración moderna me ha gustado mucho. Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos encontramos con la sorpresa que no hay recepcionista había que nadar email a un correo para poder entrar la habitación. El De seguridad nos ha ayudado para todo muy amable !

Hay que dejar la habitación a las 10 de la mañana da igual a la hora que entraste. No volveria a quedarme en este hotel .

guy on reception was rude on our arrival, the gym - everything was dirty and broken, the spa looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The shower leaked really bad and our balcony door was locked on arrival and its pretty much impossible to get any staff to help

الموقع والنظافه والترتيب ونظافة الشقه ذات الثلاث غرف مع الصاله. وجود بقاله صغيره وسوبرماركت تحت الشقه. يقع المبنى في وسط الشارع العام من فندق نوفوتيل للمدينه القديمه. تقع فالمنتصف. وتوجود العديد من المطاعم والكافيهات والمواقع السياحيه القريبه. وتقام سوق شعبي اسبوعيه بالقرب منه. والعديد من الفنادق مجاوره له.

وجود الشقه بالقرب من شقق سكنيه مما يسبب الازعاج احيانا وقت النوم. الغرف الثلاث لا تحتوي على مرايا ابد. والمرايا فقط في الصاله وفي الممرات. حجزنا شقه بثلاث غرف. فقط غرفتين تحتوي على خزانة ملابس وواحده بدون. مما تسبب في زحمة فالغرف.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro y del casco histórico. Instalaciones nuevas. Habitación cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado. En la planta -1 hay una pequeña piscina que está muy bien.

El cuarto de baño es pequeño. No tiene aparcamiento.

The only positive aspect about this property is its location.

We stayed 4 days and there is no cleaning in between, as this is NOT a hotel but calls itself an apartment building. So one has to clean themselves and there is basically nothing to clean with, other than one sponge and two tea towels. The room was very basic and small. The kitchenette has no sink, so the dishes need to be washed in the bathroom basin next to the toilet, which is just gross. The shower was leaking, so I had a big water puddle in the bathroom every day after taking a shower which had to clean it with a towel as there is nothing to clean with! I got another towel only after pleading with the receptionist (towels are only given when the room is cleaned) and this only happens every fourth day, which in my case didn’t even happen! The shower itself was full of limescale and drain flies. Again, gross! The service is horrendous, I saw a cleaner shouting at another guest because he didn’t move his luggage, the receptionists (when they are actually at the front desk as most times over the weekend there is just security staff who have no clue) are unhelpful und incredibly rude. If you go and use the pool, you need to take towels from the room as again, there are no towels in this entire building. The gym facility is a joke, one of the machine is a health hazard, with hooks and screws hanging loose and laying on the floor, one of the two treadmills doesn’t work and half of the equipment is missing. When walking into the gym be careful as everywhere are big puddles from the pool and nobody cleans this up as there is nobody in this building. We had breakfast on our last day, which again was just laughable. They had nothing, when ordering from their menu none of the choices we went for were available. The waiter, a young chap, was just rude and didn’t even bother to take his AirPods out when talking to you. Looking at other choices in that area with similar prices, I really regret booking this place.

Wellnessbereich ist ziemlich enttäuschend. Zimmer sind modern gestaltet.

Frühstück war im besten Fall in Ordnung. Würde ich im Nachhinein nicht dazu buchen. Lage ist unschlagbar nah an der Altstadt. Nur ein kleine Pool der bei 5 Leuten schon überfüllt ist und Saunen hatten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen. Der Poolbereich ist relativ dreckig und ungepflegt,

היזהרו!!! זהו מלון דירות. התמונות נראות מאוד מרשימות, במציאות החדרים קטנים מאוד. ואין שירות! היזהרו!!! בעלי הנכס נמצאים איפשהו באירופה. אם יש בעיות (ויש בעיות!) אין עם מי לדבר. הזמנו חדר בדרגה גבוהה, בפועל קיבלנו חדר סטנדרט רגיל. קטן, ללא מרפסת וללא מזגן תקין. לא היה עם מי לדבר. ביצעו את השינוי ללא התראה מראש, ללא אישורנו, ללא החזר כספי. הטלפון של השירות מפנה לאיש קשר איפשהו בשווייץ (+41), שאין לו מה לעשות והכל צריך לחכות "למחלקה" המטפלת. גם שירות לקוחות של "בוקינג" לא הצליח להשיג את בעלי הנכס ולא קיבל מהם תשובה כבר למעלה משבועיים. נאלצנו לעזוב את הנכס מיד לאחר שהבנו שמדובר בתרמית ושלא נקבל את החדר שהזמנו. אחרי שבוע בעלי הנכס הציעו החזר מזערי של 10% ומאז נעלמו. אנחנו כרגע מארגנים תביעה על החזר התשלום המלא. בקיצור – היזהרו!!! לא להתקרב!!! Watch out!!! This is an apartment hotel. The pictures look very impressive, in reality the rooms are very small. And there is no service! Watch out!!! The property owners are somewhere in Europe. If there are problems (and there are problems!) there is no one to talk to. We booked a high-class room, in fact we got a regular standard room. Small, without a balcony and without proper air conditioning. There was no one to talk to. The property owners made the change without prior notice, without our approval, without refund. The service phone directs to a contact somewhere in Switzerland (+41), who has nothing to do and everything has to wait for the "department" that handles it. Booking's customer service was also unable to reach the owners of the property and has not received an answer from them for over two weeks. We had to leave the property immediately, after we realized that it was a SCAM and that we would not get the room we ordered. After a week the owners of the property offered a minimal refund of 10% and since then - disappeared. We are currently organizing a complaint in order to receive the full payment refund, and if necessary we will also go to a lawsuit. In short - watch out!!!

Are room was very dark , not much light 😔

- Easy check in, as they provide password to enter the room. You also send your ID via mail and you can checkin any time. - 24/7 security at the reception. - Room to place your luggage. - The hostel is nice and on overall clean. - It is quite.

- The spa facilities are quite small and could be cleaner. - The sauna was out of operation. Jacuzzi is for max 3 people. - The breakfast is expensive for what it offers. There is tiny buffet with very basic stuff (bread, honey, butter, cheese, peppers, tomatoes) and you can also order a hot dish (which is included if you book it along with the room) or you pay extra.

Super bem localizado.

The location is brilliant! literally a 5-8 min walk to the Old Town, around 45 min away from the Airport, local shops etc as well. The building looked amazing with nice aesthetics and cleaned areas. The pool area looked also amazing, however the sauna was unfortunately out of use and the main pool was not the warmest. The jacuzzi was also not very warm, in which my partner was shivering actually.

Toen we binnen kwamen in onze kamer viel ons als eerste op dat de vuilnisbak niet geleegd was. Tijdens het douchen merkten we dat het water de hele badkamer in lekte. En toen we gingen slapen zagen we dat er vieze witte vlekken op het hoofd van het bed zaten, waarvan we liever niet willen weten wat het was (zie foto). Sauna was gesloten in het complex, zwembad water voelde zo vies: het leek net alsof het water heel lang niet ververst was, echt heel olieachtig en niet zo doorzichtig… Overigens verbleven wij 3 nachten, vier dagen en kregen we per persoon 1 badhanddoek, als je er eentje extra wilde koste dat 5€ per handdoek. Beetje jammer, vooral omdat we op een gegeven moment een handdoek hebben moeten gebruiken om de badkamervloer mee te drogen omdat de douche overliep.

Καλύτερη τοποθεσία δεν υπήρχε. Στα σύνορα παλιάς πόλης και κέντρο νέας πόλης στην πιο αριστοκρατική οδό Calea Victoriei. Και δίπλα σε πολύ καλά εστιατόρια και εννοείται αξιοθέατα

Το δωμάτιο μας μύριζε συνεχώς πολύ άσχημα. Ήταν μυρωδιά αποχετευτικού, και προερχόταν από την τουαλέτα. Τους το αναφέραμε και δεν έκαναν τίποτα. Δεν ήταν ούτε πολύ ευγενικοί, γενικά καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Το check in μας ήταν η ώρα 3 σε αντίθεση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία που είναι η ώρα 2 , όπως και το check out μας γινόταν η ώρα 10 το πρωί αντί στις 12. Επίσης στο check out κανείς δεν μας έλεγξε μας είπαν απλά να φύγουμε.

Super Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.

Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Das Frühstück war auch eher mager.

The hotel is located right in the city center. It has very cozy beds. A microwave, coffee maker, and teapot are great bonuses. Breakfast is quite modest, with no buffet, and they cook your dish (eggs with some extras) as per your order, one meal per person, but I must admit, it is not bad. Also, they have a very nice pool, sauna, and fitness room—definitely make your stay in the hotel a pleasurable experience.

I ordered a room with the city view but... the windows were very dirty, and when I say dirty I mean it. Besides windows, there are no complaints.

La posizione centrale, adatta soprattutto per i giovani perché a 5 minuti a piedi c’è Lipscani, la zona con tutti i bar e le discoteche. Inoltre è nella parte più estetica e sfarzosa di bucarest, quindi bello anche fare una passeggiata in giro. Vicinissima anche la fermata metro (Universitate). Bella Hall e personale super gentile.

La camera era sporchissima. Appena arrivate abbiamo notato una mosca morta accanto alla finestra che da chissà quanto stava li. Gli utensili da cucina tutti pieni di aloni (inutilizzabili). La camera piccolissima, non me l’aspettavo assolutamente così. In bagno non ci sta nemmeno mezzo mobiletto e le cose non si sa dove appoggiarle, quindi devastante per le femmine. Nella nostfa camera inoltre c’era un armadio che però non poteva essere utilizzato, perché era posizionato nell’angolo e incastrato tra il muro e il letto cosicché i cassetti non si potevano aprire (mi chiedo quindi cosa stesse a fare lì). E nel weekend per tutto il pomeriggio e tutta la sera, fino alle 22 circa, ci sta un Tizio sotto l’edificio che suona il sax per strada e la musica arriva fino alle camere (eravamo al 3 piano), quindi è impossibile riposarsi. Infine la spa: l’acqua della piscina torbida e puzzolente, mi ha lasciato il costume impregnato di quell’odore di sporco. Per quello che abbiamo speso ovviamente era molto bello l’edificio, ma dalle foto e dalle descrizioni è un grande crepa, preferivo spendere di più e stare più comoda.

It was right in the center, within walking distance from anywhere we went. It was clean and comfortable with big double beds and we had access to the spa area. All of that at a low price per night too. Excellent choice of stay!

The shower tends to overflow, wetting the floor of the bathroom but it wasn't anything serious for us, we just put down a towel and we were ok.

Poor breakfast, room was not spacy but did the job. Mattress was hard, mot to my liking and pillows could be flaffier.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec balcon et je n'y avais pas accès. Lorsque j'ai vérifié avec le personnel à la réception, on m'a informé qu'il n'y avait personne pour déverrouiller la porte. Lorsque je suis arrivé dans la chambre, la poubelle de cuisine n'avait pas été vidé.
