Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Had everything you would need to stay a while.

It could have been explained that the deposit if given in cash would have been refunded as cash as we left rather than waiting a few days for bank processing.

We had a rental car so the location was rather good. Portimao has many beaches and we can reach each one in no more than 15mins. The apartment is very spacious with good beds; pillows were too high for us though.

Cleaning was every 3 days so we didn’t have towels changed everyday and that was a bit inconvenient. Got to hang towels to dry out on the balcony. We came at the end of the season so it was also too quiet. The hotel restaurant also closed for the season and hence we had to go out for meals every night. With the amount of guests, it made sense for them to do that I guess but this could have been communicated to me before I arrived. the bathrooms didn’t have good ventilation either and they dont have nice clean smell all the time.

Great location, situated between Alvor and Portimao. A short walk to a great beach and 10 mins from a nearby shop. A lovely pool, then perfect sun trap! A wonderful buffet breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I couldn't of asked for more!

Pool very dirty, wasn't cleaned until 5 days into our holiday. Noise of renovations in rooms all day and then party's until 3am. No clean towels or cleaners throughout the week! Location is so far away from even a little shop, absolutely no entertainment events/music in the evenings, it was all in a different hotel not in walking distance.

Booking.com advertised breakfast included, and at check in, doubted that the offer was available at the time of booking (although I had proof). They did not fulfill but the Hotel itself did 2 days after much hassle.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice of bakery, fruit, cheese, salami,yougurt , omlet, sausage. Selection of coffee from coffee machine. Nice indoor and outdoor areas to sit, friendly staff. Staff at the reception was also friendly and helpful.

Very poor cleaning service. Cleaning once per 3 days, no shampoo added. It doesn't seem to be a hotel or serviced apartments but budget type of staying for a high price. The building is old, units are old, furniture and bathroom causes disgust. Not enough shadow spaces next to the pool. I felt staying in a budget and old hotel without any sound insulation. I didn't expect such a poor stayng for 350 euros per night (4 people in one bedroom apartment). We stayed 4 nights , no linen changed, towels were changed on the third day. The hotels looks like to be sold as vacation package with staying for 14 days or something similar for the price at least 2 times cheaper than I paid as I can't imagine people agree to pay more for it. The hotel was full during our stay (mid August 2022).

restaurant near my room played very loud music, till early hours in the morning impossible to sleep, room had no insulation at all it felt as it was in the room. staff was okay but couldn’t care less. no gym at the resort- never reopened since covid… was still included on the resorts web site. place is too far from any shop restaurants. in general not a good place for the amount of money you pay I would not recommend it. they never cleans the place or exchange the towels.
