Excellent and friendly staff

No air-conditioning in the rooms. Sleep quality was really poor

The hotel itself is fabulous rooms are comfortable and spacious

The bar on the premises was closed and we went in to terrace lounge first girl that served us was lovely but after that went rapidly downhill most of our drinks we got were flat and had to be replaced we were questioned every time we did this the food was lovely but they also got iur food order wrong my wife went to change a bottle of beer becsuse once again it was flat and lifeless bar manager questioned her and was rude i tried to get a bottle of beer for my wife at 11pm same manager was rude and told me it was closed the porter happily obliged to get me one 2 mins later a gorgous hotel but unfortunatly service from certain staff member and really poor quality of drinks served tempered our visit and at a charge of 145 euro room only for a sunday stay we wont be returning

Location, food

Cold room for second day of a wedding everyone was freezing. Windows in bedroom were stuck , no bottles of water in room had to pay in vending machine and no late resident bar which seems to be big complaint with everyone

The property is nice and the location is good as it is not far from the town.

The service wasn’t great, I was shocked when we had to pay for breakfast on top of what we had paid. it should show on the booking that it is for room only.

Location was great,quiet surroundings,thoroughly enjoyed the pool,sauna,steam room, lots of space and friendly ladies,gent at leisure reception.

Receptionists at check in could be more professional,don't expect a Hiya in a 4star hotel, went through paying details too loudly eg credit card,cost of room,also information re breakfast,spa facilities,which lady didn't know alot about,dinner was rattled off so quickly,we could not take it all in. Food was soooo disappointing,had to complain approx 4 times, simple things like water, condiments not on table, waiting ages to be served. The saving grace of our 4 day stay was Kevin,who was the most polite gentlemanager, Matthew, student waiter and Ben, another student, exceptional social manners and people persons.They will go far in life, nd wish all staff took a leaf from their book.The hotel is lucky to have them.

Rang down about 10 times from 11pm till 5pm banging shouting not a wink of sleep got for the whole night asked to speak with a manager never seen or met one rang the day after and was put on hold and forgot about.
