This is the most beautiful hotel, in a beautiful setting. However what makes this hotel so special is the exceptional service. The staff simply go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We can’t t thank them enough.

adorable small hotel right along a small water canal through the small town. Beautiful breakfast dining room with views of the peaceful water.

Comfortable, modern suite. I had to miss breakfast since I had an early show time at the airport. The well cared for and happy cat was endlessly eager to get attention. He was clearly at home and purred at us continuously. We had to turn him out of the room or he would have stayed with us the whole evening.

The hotel is very nicely decorated in all areas except for the bedrooms. It has a nice bar, private seating area and breakfast room. Breakfast was very nice with good options. Secure car parking inside a secure gated area. It is a quiet village with a river running alongside. The rooms are small but comfortable and we had a good shower in the bathroom. Nice for one night stay.

The bedrooms our party had were small and not as nicely decorated as the rest of the hotel. Our room was facing onto the yard behind the bar area so we had a fan unit going for most of the night and could hear employees when they went out to that area. Rooms were very warm and a bit stuffy, even with windows open. Limited options for evening meal with one restaurant closed and the one we used (Smugglers Inn) not being very good.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Family room was really great

Our double bedroom was a bit worn out if I can say. No really very clean floor in the bathroom, doors and stained carpet

Not a huge deal but more selection for breakfast like fresh pastries or bread would be lovely and the smell of smoke in the bar can be a bit overwhelming for non smokers but we still enjoyed it.

Beautiful decor, plenty of space, really nice extra touches such as chocolates. Cute cat came to visit. Very homely and comfortable.

Nothing really. Maybe the bad roads in the area but that's not the hotels fault.
