Very nice inside the restaurant/bar and the room and breakfast area where really fabulous.
Food was really nice in the bar and breakfast area on top floor was fab, so much of a choice on the menu.
Service was great from the Staff.
Reception area seems tired, seating could be updated or new covers.
Outside the hotels needs a bit of paint all sides. It was off putting driving in, but we where ok once inside.
One small hick up - Some bar tenders where not all able to mark a basic cocktail.

I liked the staff who were all so pleasant and welcoming each and everyone of them
also the hotel and surrounds and the room1007 and the lovely tea tray with choice of drinks and biscuits........

we just felt the rooms were a little tired compared to last time we came

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, we asked to change the room we had booked and she upgraded us to an executive room. We asked if she could book us a taxi to go to our venue that evening, which she did. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. We had a great nights sleep on comfortable beds.
The breakfast was excellent, my only complaint would be the table we were seated as didn’t seem very clean, it was tacky and items stuck to it. Overall we had a great experience.
Cleanliness of the table at breakfast could be better, that is our only complaint.

The room had a beautiful view and was located in a quiet area so we could relax undisturbed.
Victoria gave us excellent service promptly and efficiently, she ensured that all our needs were met.
All of the staff in Crown plaza Hotel are friendly and helpful, I look forward to my next visit. 😀

Staff very friendly
No atmosphere in the hotel or restaurant. No music, tables not set when we arrived. A meal was included in the deal but this was a 2 course only. No tea or coffee included. Little things missing that make a big difference.
Meal package very poor.
Outside of the hotel very poorly kept .

I thought rooms where very dated and not worth almost €200 for one night! good 30 min walk from train station
