Limpeza. Simpatia dos empregados. Entretenimento na piscina e à noite(música).
A janela da varanda não trancava. Não tem serviço de toalhas para piscina. Alarme da wc não operacional. Porta do quarto arroja no chão.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto pulito e posto molto tranquillo, il personale molto cortese, le camere grandi e letti comodi, la colazione molto varia e buona, la piscina stupenda e tutto il giardino molto curato.
Peccato che nell'appartamento non ci siano tipo sapone per piatti, spugnette e altre cose di prima necessità per la cucina.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad y las instalaciones eran perfectas. Tenía buenas vistas desde el balcón, estaba cerca de todo y daba sensación de privacidad y tranquilidad. Muy fácil aparcamiento.
En la cocina había hormigas. No muchas, pero si dejabas algo fuera, cuando volvías, ahí las tenías.
Los precios del bar de la piscina desorbitados. Dos cafés con leche, en vaso de cartón y 6€.
Por lo demás todo muy bien. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo

A Deluxe lakosztályban szálltunk meg. Minden rendben volt, a helyiségek tiszták, minden nap takarítottak, a személyzet segítőkész és kedves, az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli bőséges, megfelelő a választék. A teraszról csodálatos a kilátás, az udvar gyönyörűen gondozott.
Megérkezésünkkor kértük, hogy a teraszon lévő jacuzzit töltsék fel, hiszen ezért választottuk a Deluxe lakosztályt. Valamilyen műszaki probléma miatt egyetlen nap sem tudtuk használni, pedig ezért fizettünk többet. Apróság: a szobában lévő kávéfőzőt csak első reggel tudtuk használni, mert nem töltötték újra a kapszulákat (a szállás korrekt és kedves visszajelzéséből kiderült, hogy ez üdvözlő ajándék volt, így teljesen érthető, cserébe a reggeli során az étteremben remek kávét fogyaszthattunk).

Ik vond het een heel slecht bed hebben, hard en ik voelde de veren er doorheen. Ik heb Fibromyalgie dus heb een helse nacht gehad. Ook ging het alarm s’nachts af en dat duurde een tijd, maar goed dat zal eenmalig geweest zijn

Een prachtig ruim appartement, heerlijke bedden, groot balkon, mooie tuin met zwembad. Leuke locatie bij een schattig dorpje, strandjes en portimaô vlakbij.
Het is er wel vrij gehorig. Hadden wat minder leuke buren, maar de receptie is goed opgetreden.

The village is very well laid out around a large central pool. It's car free inside with easy parking just outside, a short walk to the apartment.
Apartments are large and very well equipped. The balcony is very useful.
Very relaxing.
Because of the multiple block design of the village it's possible to have an apartment which is mainly in the shade.
The floor finish and type of furniture can create quite a lot of noise.

Acho que poderiam colocar uma maquininha de cápsulas de café e chá nos quartos como tem lá às máquinas com um custo simbólico de 30 cêntimos, só uma crítica construtiva nada a apontar

The receptionist was rude and they sked us for 150 euros deposit in cash. It is not stated anywhere on the website or during the booking. The ATM they have in the hotel did not work and we had to pay a cab back and forth to go get cash in the city center.

The design of the interior and exterior was lovely, the facilities were good (games room etc) however gym could be improved

Great location 👌 with good facilities. The main swimming pool was fantastic. Beds are very comfortable.
I lost my JBL bluetooth small speaker 🔊 in the room. I left it in the room when i came bck to my room i didn't find it.

Spacious, greenery, large pool area, table tennis, great breakfast!!, very helpful and pleasant staff! We also loved the Maxibon ice cream range in the mini market.
We would have preferred a large double bed rather than two single beds pushed together with separate duvets. Also, we couldn’t really work out how to control the air conditioning; it seemed to do its own thing rather than responding to the remote.

It was an easy walk to the town center. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The pool area is nice as well.

the front desk not all employees are nice but just one old lady not very nice. the room lock had issues and we had to wait for some time to fix it. the maintenance help with it but could have been manage better

Weather was too cold for the pool, but it was lovely and accessible should we have chosen to use it. We did go to the breakfast, a few times, and well they were under renovations, but once completed, it was excellent. The cleaning service was every 3 days in February, we need fresh towels more often. But in March every day, was excellent, every other day would be enough
Cleaning in February should be every other day, to at minimum change towels, and replenish toilet paper. We ended up going to buy some. As Canadians we use face-clothes, the establishment does not supply any.

located close to town center in Farrugado. Ample parking. Lots of food options near by. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
We went in the cooler months but would be wonderful to use pool etc in the summer.

Excellent breakfast, well maintained grounds, quiet resort, free parking.
The main restaurant is under renovation. The short path to the centre of the village is now closed, making a car more desirable.

Front desk staff were super helpful, Restaurant was closed for renovations, apartment had everything we needed.
The only thing that i would have liked was some dish soap in the kitchen.

Very good communication. The complex is very nice and easy to get to. Good parking in front of the apartments. Well located for day trips to go to the Seven Hanging Valleys trail by car and also walk into town. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with nice balcony.
