El personal es amable,el apartamento estaba limpio y era espacioso. Facilidad para el check in aunque llegues fuera de hora. Tienes supermercados cerca aunque son caros valen para una emergencia.

A ciertas horas es difícil aparcar por la zona.

Great location for the beach and the Irish centre. The pool area is also a great area to relax in.

The apartment has a great loggia with the french window, with the sea view and partially with the mountain view. The apartment was very clean. You can borrow towels and other beach items for nearly no cost. There is an OK wi-fi, with a separate password for each apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the reminders on WhatsApp. The information was clear and timely. The location is approx 25 min walk from Yumbo with only one or two uphills. The location is approx 80 min walk from Beach Kiosko No. 5 on the sand. Alternatively you can take a bus and after a 30 min driving than take a shorter root on the beach to reach that destination. There are much closer areas to both but this one has a great price. It's not noisy to sleep because the sleeping room windows are all turned the opposite direction from Yumbo. So if you like peace while sleeping, I guess it's a great place. The neighbors were not bothering at all. There is a supermarket directly at the apartment entrance. Behind the apartment there is an access to a regular beach and some well-priced restaurants, as well as to the airport-bus stop (other busses stop directly in front of the apartment, the stop has a name of a neighboring large hotel "Escorial"). The pool is there too but who needs a pool when you have such a great clean ocean?

Worn-up water taps, shower and toilet assemblies resulting in a non-constant water pressure - the hard water on the island makes it a real trouble for the hotel. Relatively small pillows. The check-out times could be a bit longer (for example, till 12:00 - that is what many competitors on the island offer).

Excellent apartments WiFi great cleaners great only one minor detail preventing top marks .the lack of a washing machine in individual apartments ..location decent .quiet not to near the centre .deckchair no problem .definitely consider booking again

The staff is often not in office. Had to wait 5-10 minutes during check in until someone opened the door. It seems to be a general issue in the Canaries, but the apartment wasn't too well equipped. In other countries there is usually a hair dryer,, water cooker, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and some other basics.. Here those things are often missing, including Apartmentos Calma.
