Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en éste hotel. Desde la primera vez tuvimos muy buena experiencia. Desde el check-in todo el personal muy atento hasta el check-out. La ubicación excelente cerca de plaza La Perla y plaza del sol

Wifi is terrible. Unacceptable for a upscale facility. If I needed to work online I’d choose somewhere else, like the Holiday Inn just up the street. Also, the bed pillows are too hard, like they’re filled with sawdust. The mattresses are comfortable, however.

Budget accommodations at a fair price

I arrived an hour and a half early and they wanted half the room rate to check in early.

Clean and staff was sort of nice, but would've been nice to have a heads up about pool maintenance.

Would've been nice to let us know pool would have maintenance during our entire stay. Really needed a dip due to the weather. Also, had to keep water running while using hot tub because ruber drain stopper is too small for tub drain. Could save you guys some money on water bills.

Beautiful Hotel & Gardens

They do not provide ice machines as most hotels do. They had ice in the restaurant but you have to pay for a small bag. Other hotel guests were very noisy at night!

Clean

They mentioned queen beds and it was only full size no queen size available 😒 also still have a hold on my card even tho it's 10 days ago and I paid cash on the spot don't understand why.

My original room wasnt ready, they were painting and plastering walls, so I have to ring them to let them know. They move me to a 2nd room that wasn't even really clean either, looked like need it restoration as walls were peeled, Jacuzzi faulty and room very damp. Towels and linen not in good shape. Beds super firm and the springs very uncomfortable with big pillows impossible to have a nice rest. So not happy.

Lovely rooms, super plush, clean beds. The location is very comfortable for walking. You can easily walk to the fountain of Minerva and there's a nearby mall. Breakfast was extra and a little bit pricey, but delicious and worth it. The dinner menu is small, but tasty and helpful if you're worn out and don't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and patient even though our Spanish is still poor. The pool is indoors but a bit small if there are many families staying, so we never swam. I would definitely stay here again.

There was construction on the building, but it didn't start until later in the morning, so it wasn't much of an issue.
