Me encanto el alojamiento, todo el personal muy amable y atento

La habitación que nos tocó tenia olor a caño, a pesar de poder el succionador de olores aún seguía

TAMPOCO TENIAN HABITACION DISPONIBLE PARA MI Y MI FAMILIA, SEGUN ESTABAN LLENOS..... NOS QUEDAMOS EN LA NOCHE SIN HOTEL PARA NUESTRA LLEGADA

A little dark

It’s close to all the places you may want to go, it has a central patio with beautiful trees, a nice swimming pool, and a Mexican style kiosk where they host events (we enjoy some Mariachi music that was great). The breakfasts at the hotel buffet had lots of options and really good quality of ingredients to choose from. They also have a restaurant that we also enjoy a few times for dinner. During our check in it was a delay to get our room but as soon as the manager was notified, all our problems were solved in minutes and even some cool drinks were sent to the room to apologize for the delay, and that is exactly the reason why I will come back to this hotel. The personnel make my family feel at home in Guadalajara and gave us their best at all times.

I will let somebody else find defects, I prefer to keep the will to make your stay a great memory that the staff of this hotel worked hard to maintain.
