parking and friendly staff

restaurant was a little bit breakfast type of area ( actually it was the breakfast room 😂) however the food was good with good wine and friendly staff

well appointed hotel good facilities good staff particularly the bar man who also acted as head waiter good food

Second time staying at this hotel. Liked it before, and still like it! Super clean, with friendly staff, and plenty of parking. Rooms spacious and very clean with very comfortable beds. No doubt will be staying again on one of our trips to and from the UK. Excellent dinner in the main dining room, and ditto breakfast.

Chef was amazing. We arrived late after the kitchen was closed and he still prepared us a steak dinner with roasted potatoes and vegetables, couldn't have been any better

location. we were driving from Greece to the U.K. and the Hotel was just off the motorway.

the staff mainly. night receptionist was rude on several occasions. He asked if we wanted breakfast and we said that we would prefer to decide in the morning ( we have a long journey and if our baby woke early we wanted to leave early).. he was asking why we couldn’t decide there and then still and telling that we NEEDED to book the evening before and that in the morning it will be too late. .. in the morning there was only 1 table in the breakfast room so I don’t see why we couldn’t book then if we wanted. The room the wall socket to plug in the kettle was broken and the kettle would not fit in the bed side plug socket. I called reception three time but they did not answer. when i walked to the receptionist to inform the receptionist he was unhelpful telling me that I needed to plug the kettle into the bathroom plug. he said the he could not change my room. ( I need the kettle to sterilise my baby’s feeding bottles as well as making coffee) It is only when I asked for an upgrade that he sent someone to repair the socket. restaurant- we ate in the restaurant but the waiter kept complaining. the waiter was an older man. It was 9.30 and the restaurant stopped serving at 10pm so he just wanted to go home. each time he came to our table he was polite but once we ordered something he would walk away talking to himself in anger …. … making us feel that we needed to rush. - we only ordered a main meal and dessert and there was another table who were having many courses. there was no milk in the room so I couldn’t have my coffee after all. the plug in the bath did not work and so when having a shower the water could not drain and we were stood in a bath of dirty water. we are very disappointed in this best western hotel chain. I recommend you to find an alternative hotel.
