Need to change the carpet on the rooms floor and need to change every rooms shower into a real shower and not in a bath shower

Room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Bathroom was also big and nicely laid out.

Walls are very thin and you can hear practically everything from your adjoining rooms. Wifi was very poor. Breakfast is average

Very comfortable bee and lovely room. Great rooftop bar with excellent aperitivo. Good breakfast.

Came late and just slept in the hotel for one night, but the room and bed were great. Would go back without any hesitation.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt very welcome. Staff were very helpful and informative. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Had dinner and breakfast, which were very good.

A bit complicated to get there by car, because of city center

Great hotel in the middle of the city centre. The rooms where spacious, air-conditioning was good, delicious european breakfast - all in all very satisfied with our stay 👍

Very narrow parking garage, however we managed to get the car in, but wouldn't try with a large car.

bed was a bit firm. and after 2 bday night the a/c was not available. fan only.

The suite was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Location excellent right in the town center within easy walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The greeting at reception on arrival was cold, officious and unwelcoming. The lift to the car park was out of order. Breakfast was understaffed and those staff present not conspicuously helpful. In all aspects, the staff attitude was poor. The car park was incredibly tight, with very steep ramps which could easily cause lower cars to ground, and only suitable for small cars.

Parking below the hotel, for a fee. City street parking looked like it would have been difficult. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel's own restaurant was relaxing and the food and service good.

The location was almost perfect. the staff are friendly.

Excellent room (suite) at logical price. Excellent location. EV charging in Parking. Very good Room Service for dinner. Full buffet breakfast.

Some Bathroom equipment needs refurbishing/replacement. Parking is unfortunately very tight, if you have a wide SUV, making it hard to enter and manoeuver in parking area. Some items on Breakfast Buffet did not correspond to the high standards of the hotel.
