Very cheap for the location, 15 meters away from the best gelato in town and one of the most renowned restaurants. It is a perfect location, near to the bus station and train station. The people at the reception are extremely kind, they even let me check out an our later without extra charge. Thank you!!

Location could not be better in the centre of lots of good restaurants and shops. The rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast could be better, because everything is just sweet, meat and egg are missing. But the coffee is very tasty :) The walls of the rooms are thin, you will hear the action behind the wall.

The breakfast was mostly packed stuff, very little sorts of meat and cheese and box bread. No scrambled eggs nor freshly baked bread or seasonal fruits. But generally Sardegna wasn’t great for breakfast.

It is an Italian style hotel in the center of Olbia. The location is great, close to everything. The room is clean but pretty old. The room in the pictures looks different and much better than in a real life (we had a room for 2 with one bed). We still don't know why we've had a shower and a toilet like in room for disabled people, maybe it is again Italian traditional style. The mattress was pretty hard, the water tap was broken, the furniture didn't look like vintage style just old one. The breakfast was good, normal Italian breakfast.  In general our one night staying was ok, but it didn't worth €103, it is too much for the  room like that. It doesn't look and feel like 3 star hotel but rather a hostel.

I agree with a comment made in a review on "where are the 3 stars?". The hotel is old and the furniture are very poor. Not even a fridge in the room, which is a minimum for a 3 * hotel. Not even a small bottle of water to welcome you to your room when the price is very expensive for the service. Even the bathroom is small and the shower stall was very small even for my height (1.55m and 50kg so imagine someone taller). due to the covid situation, breakfast is served at your table. But nothing compares to a 3 star hotel. Very poor and always the same. And be careful if you need an invoice, they won't give it to you. You will only get the receipt for your credit card and when I asked for a proper invoice they got pissed off and started yelling at me asking why I wanted an invoice. They told me coldly that the receipt was enough. They started explaining VAT to me when I didn't care at all. I just politely asked for an invoice and they made a long scene for me. Oh yeah, just a little detail, they don't speak English. Me not a word of Italian. So imagine the conversation. Only the young woman at the reception during the day speaks English (but she is not often there). So, no, I really don't recommend this hotel at all. For much cheaper prices, you can find much better and more modern. It is not a 3 * hotel, but just an accommodation, and very expensive one for the service provided.

Hotel with very good location, everything was super close, but street wasnt so noisy in night. Room was nice and clean, room service cleaned our room every day and also provided us extra pillows when they saw blanket under my pillow. Breakfast was average, but everything what you need - sweet and salt pastry, coffee, juice,... but only cold.

Very bad Wifi connection in our room, obsolete furniture, warm breakfast was missing (eggs, sausages, bacon,...).
