Great breakfast options. Pools were very good. Best mojitos that I have ever had.

Really friendly gentleman at the reception, comfortable beds, spacious apartment, shuttle bus to the beach, if you want they offer breakfast and dinner, swimming pools, beautiful green surroundings, waking up with roosters, watching horses from the balcony, priceless.

Great place for a family vacation with kids. The staff was really nice (from the life guard to waiters to the cleaning ladies). It was very clean. I would suggest having breakfast included. We didn’t and regretted it, because ended-up going there for breakfast every day. There are not than many breakfast places not in this town and a very few within a 15-20 min drive, with kids it gets uncomfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is really good and the staff makes it a pleasure. Also if you don’t pre-order it, it is a bit more expensive to play day-by-day.

It’s true about the wifi - really bad. But we didn’t to pay anything extra.

The Aparthotel has a good location and very beautiful apartments. Also the outside area is very nice.

On Thursday 26.08.2021 there was a fire in the main hotel building. It was very chaotic and disorganised. We were not evacuated immediately but it was a mess. When we were able to evacuate the hotel, we were only given information about the situation in Spanish, which was difficult for my friend and me to understand. After that, we had to wait outside for 3.5 hours until we knew what to do next. Finally, we had to move to another hotel for the night. We were told that we could ask the reception at the new hotel the next morning about the ongoing situation of the apart hotel and our clothes etc. Unfortunately, no information could be given to us. Then we drove back to the hotel where, after a long wait, we were told that we could get our things and go back to the alternative hotel. At least the costs were covered.

Pool area was great, pools themselves were great especially for young children. Room was nice apart from not having a door

Buffet starting at 2030 is far too late which made dinners difficult given location to restaurants. Room not cleaned for 2 of the 4 days had to ring reception both days. Would have been nice to have an actual room separated instead of all open

A/C didn’t work properly…

- Very spacious room, comfortable bed. - Cleaning and breakfast staff were really nice. - Location is a bit far from everything but very calm and relaxing.

- There was a strong smell in the room (humidity?). - Staff at front desk were not friendly nor helpful (they let us call the scooter company, did not help us) - Poor breakfast: a lot of choices but bad quality product. - Overall the place is not old and should be renovated into something really nice (because it has potential!)

Quiet, clean and spacious. Very good breakfast and absolutely breathtaking surroundings. Shuttle bus to the beach of you don’t feel like having a stroll. But the best has to be the staff which was excellent! Professional and helpful - what you expect - and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and having you there! I hope the management keeps them happy as they certainly did make the stay feel like 5 stars plus. Thank you!

Spacious room. Well equipped kitchenette. Nice garden & swimming pool area. No private parking but always spaces available outside

The hotel is located in the absolute middle of nowhere. There are MANY ants inside the bedroom everywhere, including inside the kettle, between the bedsheets and any food you would bring in. Only 1 member of staff (receptionist) in the entire hotel in the evenings, so good luck if you need anything. Poor value for money, it felt more like a low 3 stars property. Extra charge applies for everything (safe box, WiFi, towels...). The rooms seemed to have been renovated by putting new furniture in, however walls and ceilings (specially the bathroom) are not in a great condition.

Rooms were very clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Value for money.

Pool was not clean enough. Some of the receptionists hardly spoke English. I had to get charged for the internet. The hotel needs maintenance.

The room is perfect, light and modern, very good bed, space and quiet.

In the evening we could not sit on our balcony as the music near the pool was on. Upon me it's better not to play the music that loud because its not the right hotel for it. Once in the room its very quiet.
