Hotel polozony w pieknym miejscu,do plazy kursował regulanie bezplatny bus.Przesympatyczna obsługa,bardzo dobre śniadania i kolacje.Super widoki z pokoju od strony basenu:)Darmowy parking.Bardzo czyste pokoje.Kelnerzy działali ekspresowo:) Generalnie dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.Kiedy wrócimy na Son Bon To tylko do tego hotelu.;)

Po hotelu widać, że przydałby się delikatny lifting.Poza tym przemiły personel.Mielismy problem z kranem w łazience jednak sprawa została szybko rozwiązana.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entertainment team, including Safy (Merengue, Salsa, Bachata), Chiara (outdoor Pilates), and Francesco (manager), made my experience unforgettable with their warm hospitality and other fun activities like Sjoelen, Karaoke and Paddle Yoga. Cristina at the restaurant was incredibly sweet, and the buffet offered a variety of delicious food options. The beach shuttle driver was always right on time. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard.

The room decoration was outdated.

Long time guests, excellent experience each year (despite isolated minor incidents), clear intentions of continuous improvement by the management, congratulations! Missed some members of the old stuff but always glad to see those still there and doing an excellent job, thank you very much!

Everything was fine, some appartements probably (and hopefully) still waiting refurbishment.

The room was decent size, loved the balcony. I had a huge TV screen, refrigerator, very still air conditioner, blackout curtains. Huge selection for breakfast. Everything was very clean, respect for the lady!

The safe was not free. Water is rather not potable, you can not get water for free to your dinner. I didn't like the taste of dinners, in fact, everything was quite tasteless, below average. The room was very smelly, always kept balcony doors open. The restaurant is very noisy, it can be heard everywhere in the hotel when they start working ( starts before 6am) The hotel is like a tourist factory, not friendly, impersonal, characterless. Though there was no any serious issue, I wouldn't choose again. The location is not ideal if you don't rent a car. Son Bou is a very boring place, built for tourists mainly.

Breakfast was ok wot u expect buffet style

The rooms need updating, wifi connection rubbish, not in a good location, u pay if u want to use restaurant at night which is understandable but extra 6 euros to have drinks with it, not worth it, you wouldn't mind if it was decent drink. Needs better entertainment not just something for an hour or so at night. Need Kettle an Tea n Coffee in rooms, some people wake up early an like a cuppa. I will return to the Island but not this hotel or location will stay elsewhere.

Location close to Son Bou beach. There is a shuttle service but never used, having a car. Good breakfast, a wide choice of sweet and salt, with some food freshly prepared (smoothies, pancakes, etc). Good cleanliness inside and outside. Good pool bar and cocktails. Nice pool, but never used, given the beauty of Menorca's beaches.

Hotel reserved for mass tourism (hence the misleading and excessive grades between 8-10). Attention to the Booking photos of the rooms. They are not updated to the actual state of the structure. The rooms are really old, without acoustic isolation. The cupboard did not close properly. Few electrical sockets. TV set dating back at least 20 years. Bathroom at the acceptable limits: curtain for the bathtub (unhygienic and outdated), holes in the floor and walls, and pipes in plain sight. Doors with obvious signs of deterioration. The breakfast room was chaos. Continuous background noise, loud voices, rude children (obviously, this is not the hotel's fault, but the type of clientele of the hotel, not very respectful of others). In short, not recommended for those seeking a relaxing holiday. In this regard, we applaud the breakfast staff for their endurance. Providing toiletries in the bathroom would be appropriate for a 4 *, but nothing. No room service for breakfast. Never seen (never) having to pay for a pool towel change or using safes.

Hotwl facilities are fabolous. The staff was very friendly staff Night entertaimentand was so good. There is a beach bus that comes very handy

We stayed at the apartments. They are a bit old fashioned by now. May be some upgrading was advisable Safe deposit was not free of charge which is very unusual We got an storm night and our apartment got a bit flooded through the window gaps, no electricity and no water for a night. The hotel rooms had a generator powering it but not the apartments. Something to consider when booking Restaurant food had a lot of variety but the quality can be improved

property is high up on a hill which meant you either walk up and down the road which was a major issue as it really is a killer journey. there is a mini coach that took you from the property to the beach but the travel times were not frequent enough . The food was buffet style and there was some waiting around to be seated, and the food although a great selection wasn’t hot.

It's a great experience every time. I stayed in a well-planned room, and the space was more than adequate for me. It should suit a couple on a short stay as well. The room was always clean. There was a nice balcony. Breakfast was always tasty, and the whole food area very clean. Check-in and check-out were fast and precise. The hotel reception staff and the restaurant were amiable and helpful. They organised a music band every night. In addition, they had a lot of activities for the hotel's guests.

The breakfast is very good and bed is very comfortable.

The cleaner in the morning can be very loud.

Valentin Son Bou is AMAZING! I travelled with my 75 year old grandad and we both had an amazing time. The hotel completely exceeded any expectations I had and was awesome. The value for money was excellent, for the price we paid I expected a fairly budget option but it was actually a very high standard. The All Inclusive option was excellent value for money and very well worth doing. The staff are all so friendly, kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Viktoria was absolutely amazing and the daily activities were awesome. My favourites were archery, darts and pool volleyball. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed and fun and I had a great time. I never felt bored as there was regular activities to participate in in between sunbathing and swimming in the pool. It’s a very clean hotel and the staff take a lot of pride in their work, I noticed if any bits of food were dropped on the floor they swiftly picked it up. It was also really good because we had a late flight and AI doesn’t expire until 5pm on checkout day and you are still free to use all the facilities, including pool/beach bus etc (just not the room) and store your bags with reception. They also let us use a room to shower and get changed at 6pm before we got the taxi to the airport. We stayed in an apartment as it wasn’t much more than a room and it was a great option, the apartment complexes are great and set in beautiful luscious gardens that are very well maintained. I’m very glad we chose the apartment option over the room, although the seaview from the rooms are lovely. It was a beautiful holiday and I would come back again and also recommend to anyone going to Menorca.
