Very well-equipped unit, and a kitchen you can actually cook in. Very good communication from the owner—which is a real person, not a management company! Would recommend.

The initial communication was poor. I asked if they had certain things to offer and they replied "no". Many of the the things were actually available and I waisted space in our car packing it.
The condo was soo dirty. There was at least an in thick of dusk under the bed with dirty underwear. Everything was gross. Around the toilet was super gross.
The wallpaper was peeling off the wall.
They had to come to our place and fix the code to get in the house 2 times. The TV stopped working, they brought a new one the next day and just set on the table infront of the old TV. The air conditioning went out. When they came to fix it the lady YELLED at us saying NEVER open the windows. It was so musty in there so we needed air flow. We had to come home and wash everything we brought on vaca because everything smelled gross after.
The balcony was sooo dirty.
I barely slept because I could hear EVERYTHING the family did above us. I could hear when they closed the toilet.
The pool was sooo crowded. The resort need another pool.

Absolutely loved staying here! Location is fantastic. Quite literally 5-10 mins from Disney. The complex is amazing with everything they offer from the movie theatre to snack time and the pool. Everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is huge!! And we had every amenity we needed. Definitely would stay here again 😊

The faucet was coated with mold, the closet next to the shower was mold infested and caused all our clothing to smell. The vents in the bathrooms were completed clogged with dust. The kitchen sink had mold all around the top of it. The hair dryer was clogged with dust and melted the plastic housing which stuck to my finger and blistered. Our entire family is now sick with sinus infections from the mold.

First I want to say we loved the property and the location. The pool, park, and water park was fantastic. The actual unit though has room for improvement. It was pretty dirty, webs from fan, mold growth on blinds, patio was unusable due to huge number of bugs. The kitchen was the worse stocked kitchen I have stayed at. Some of the pans were unusable due to the Teflon surfaces coming off, and the water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. Lastly was the cheapness of the property manager. We stayed for a full seven nights and were given one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and 1.5 rolls of Toilet paper for two bathrooms. It’s crazy to have to go buy a box of 40 trash bags and a case of toilet paper after flying across country.

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was a perfect for us and our 2 kids (8 and 11 yrs). Yes its old, yes it needs some love and a makeover but it’s was pretty clean, no bugs anywhere (i was worried with other reviews), the location is perfect to the pool but far enough away for privacy, Walmart is a 2 minute drive for all your grocery and Disney needs AND Disney is 15 min away! The condo was super spacious for the 4 of us and we had plenty of kitchen space.
Just a heads up the stove takes forever to heat up.
I highly recommend this place. The amenities are awesome and there are lots of kids around for our kids to play with! There is a DJ pumping music on the weekends, fun kids games, slurpees (ice) drinks and other food for sale by the pool too plus the waterslides and splash park.
We would definitely stay here again!!!!

There were roaches all over the place. We couldn't keep any food out of fridge and they were crawling all over the dishes and glasses. There were 6 beds and could sleep a lot of people, but only 5 towels. We had to buy towels to have enough for us all to shower. Water park was not open all of the time. Lots of issues. Wont stay there again.

Loved our stay at this property!!! It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool area and had to be dragged out!! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Everything was clean and ready for our check in, which was a very easy process. Great communication with Owner and property management. We would definitely choose this property again for any future visits.

- pool was great, big slides for the kids
- beds were great
- location was great for parks
Not good:
- lots of bugs and roaches, more than typical for FL
- not enough toilet paper and barely enough towels; property management skimps on everything they can
- fans and blinds need to be cleaned and dusted, everything was very dirty
- place needs to be repainted badly
- TV mount in kids room is falling off, needs to be repaired
Overall rating: 3/5 for the price and location, but if you're looking for a high quality, stay look elsewhere.

The owner did give a description of all the bugs that were in the area. To me, I would consider a location infested with bugs. They were crawling all over the dishes, pots and pans countertops flying through the air. There was bug spray which we used several times a day to try to minimize the amount of bugs that were flying around and crawling onto our plate and food, but did not help. There was a strange odor in the place and when we got home everything we had smelled of that it. On a positive note, the location was perfect. However, it was a little bit too hectic and crowded for us. The pots and pans are not very good. I would not go there again.

We loved our stay here and it was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was fun for our kids and the location was close to Disney parks. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful property and pool. Convenient location. Condo needed better cleaning and all around sprucing up. Furniture was comfortable. Owner and property manager were very responsive to requests.

This place isn’t fancy but it’s priced right and in a great location. Pool and waterslides were also a great bonus. The owner was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for a family. It had plenty of space - it could have comfortably handled 8 or even 10. It was very close to disney, and within reasonable distance to other parks. They had plenty on-site to make "rest-days" from the parks still fun. Communication with the owner was also good, and the front gate people were friendly and helpful.

I must say I was skeptical reading the other reviews. I even told my husband I think I made a mistake. But I must say when we arrived we were truly amazed! The condo was beautiful and clean. Our king bed slept so comfortable all week. Our girls loved the mini water park area and everyone was so nice. My only recommendation is to check the lil steps for kids to get on the bunk beds because it was loose. We had an amazing 7 night vacation. We will definitely look to book again!

Windsor Hills
Overall property was as described. There was a new washer delivered the Wednesday that we were there. A much needed benefit. I had a few concerns that I addressed with the owner. One thing if you have small children you might want to bring some childproof safety plugs. The outlets are even with the mattresses of the lower bunks. We bought some at Walmart but did not leave them. Did suggest to the owner that it might be something he might want to invest into. The pool was fantasic as was the small water play area. Walmart (super size) is very close. The amusements parks are less than an hour away with Florida traffic

Not Worth It
It says sleeps 8...only 4 adults, 4 kids (kids should not be over 30 pounds due to beds-more like cots, 2" pad over thin slats). Air filter was black (probably not changed in years). Lighting was horrible. Poor light bulb choices. (Probably used so you cannot see the dirt) Some lamps you could not turn on because the switch is broken. Bed frames broken, propped up by 2x4's! Seating in living room for 4 people, levers in couch sharp, no silicone padding. Balcony has black dirt and mold. Blinds would not work in bedroom. Air circulation poor in kids room. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

A wonderful stay
Not only was the food wonderful, the pool is amazing. The property managers were amazing. We loved our trip. Would stay again.

Dirty and not well kept
The condo was very spacious and the resort was wonderful but the space was run down. Broken outlets, lights that don’t work, black fingerprints all over walls, cupboards and shower, and no battery in one fire alarm. Woke up the second morning to a cockroach in the kitchen. If the condo was kept up with it could be a great place.

Decent place; good location; short stay
We only stayed one night at this property. The unit needs some updating and it had a musty smell to it. Luckily the night we were there is was cool outside we were able to open the windows to get rid of the smell. The beds were comfortable. No problem with check-in as the gate guard had our information upon arrival.

The room had bed bugs.
With the bed bugs that bit my granddaughter all over her body, you would have thought that after we told you about it you would have changed the mattress or changed our room but you did neither. Will never go there again.

Excellent location!!
Our family really enjoyed our stay here!! The kids loved the Disney themed rooms. It was nice having a refrigerator, coffee maker, and washer/dryer in the unit! The water park is a bonus to staying here and our whole group had fun there. The location is excellent when going to Disney World!!

Poor communication and condo need update
It doesn’t say in the listing but you’re not even allowed to have family who lives in the area come over for coffee. Didn’t find this out until after I booked. The apartment looks better in the photos. It smelled a little musky the light switches were down at the bottom near the floor for children or little people. The light switch in the bedroom with the bunkbeds looks like it was burned out and nothing plugs in there it just falls out. There was damage on the walls all throughout the house. The furniture was old and beat up. The host would not answer me once I checked in. The front gate said I could have family come visit but only if the hose lets them know that advance and they refused to answer me. The one good thing I can say about the place is the resort is nice but the condo was a terrible experience.

Fun, affordable, pristine property!
This property was an amazing deal. My kids had a blast at the water park which included two large water slides and a heated pool. The condo was super clean and you could tell recently updated. All my questions in regards to the property work quickly answered. We hope to stay at the same place next year!

Because of the winter humidity, the apartment smelled mold!The walls were very dirty and humidity! Apartment was not clean at all!We have tried to make twice some popcorn for the kids at the microwave, and it burned all! We found out later on that the central plate was not spinning.So, we have decided to check out earlier, for all those inconvenience.Very frustrating and not recommend at all!
