Location and cleanliness

The after-hours checkin process was tedious. Had to call the hotel multiple times to get the details. After reaching the hotel, the swipe card didn’t work so another guest had to swipe us in. Luckily we reached 1.5 hours before than our expected time of arrival. The hotel staff was just leaving for the day and could fix the swipe card issue for us. There was no contact number outside the hotel for after hours issues like this. (The contact number was inside the lift, but if you can’t get in the property then how do you know who to call?)

Room was comfy, very clean and well set out. We were on the second floor so having the option of a lift or using stairs was great. Having a hairdryer in the bathroom was a bonus as I forgot mine.

Water in fridge would have been good to fill kettle. We had to leave to find a place for breakfast, but we just added that to our day outing and considering cost of room, was not an issue. Harbour Town had a couple of options for breakfast and shopping.

The motel is a convenient place for a comfortable overnight stay close to Adelaide airport and Glenelg. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom has been upgraded. There is also secure parking available. It is good value for the price.

Breakfast was advertised as being available but on checking in we were advised that this is no longer the case under the new management. The double rooms overlooking Anzac Highway have some road noise, although I had been led to believe that the windows are double glazed, but this didn't appear to be the case with our room.

The family bedroom was pleasant in cleanliness & space.

Some rubbish was left under the vanity from previous guests & if you happen to stay in room #25 be aware that the smoking section is located directly downstairs outside & not only does their smoke aroma fill your room, you will have ppl smoking and coughing from 5am onwards. Also have tried contacting the property twice since departing yesterday via booking.com and direct email (as can’t talk as have covid) about leaving a dress shirt behind and they have not responded.

Quiet, good location

Great, very clean and comfortable

The spa studio was very spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Short walk down to the shops in Jetty Road and the beach and close by to the start of several cycle paths. Security measures re car park and the property in general was good.

The location was great to walk to dinner & breakfast. Great shower & very comfortable bed. Very helpful & friendly staff at counter for check-in & luggage storage the next morning. Would love to come stay again.

Everything was very pleasant.

The receptionist (Emma) who greeted me at check in was really friendly and positive. She was willing to help with anything that would make our stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be back very soon!

Expected to have better facilities

The room was spacious, very clean and modern. It looked like it had been refurbished recently. Plenty of car parking on site which is locked overnight. Check in person was very helpful and cheerful.

New cleaner only made bed for second night. Didn't replace empty tissues, milk or any service in bathroom, i.e. towels etc. Rubbish bins also not emptied.

We were met by a helpful and friendly staff member who was happy to recommend restaurant options for us during our stay. He also let us know about the facility after hours access and early departure advice to help us ensure we would arrive at the airport within our time limits. We would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.

Neat, Tidy, clean. Comfortable beds.

Backfacing room was super quiet and large - perfect for a multi-day stay. It was spotlessly clean despite being an older-style property. It’s obvious the hosts take great pride in its upkeep and presentation. The Wi-Fi & 5g made it super easy to maintain contact with home. It has a lift so easy to get suitcase to room. Great water pressure in the shower. Last night ordered pizza, which delivered right to the room from a local business as advertised - so convenient. We didn’t use the pool or breakfast restaurant but everything looked well kept and inviting.

Only suggestion would be that guest towels could do with being updated.

The room was perfect for what I needed, with ease of access and location. Overnight security was fantastic and access for me was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally helpful during my stay. The room was clean and well maintained with a great bathroom.

Secure motel in Glenelg around 5 minutes drive to beach front. Public transport nearby. Three nights there, on the first night room faced Anzac Highway and traffic was noisy and fortunately was able to move to room facing carpark for the other two night and it was quiet. Staff very helpful.

Very comfortable room. All areas were kept clean throughout my stay. I appreciated having the use of a microwave out in the hallway outside my room.
