Bar was not well stocked and it was boring. bought drinks and then told they couldn't be taken to our room.

Location, friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness. The breakfasts were also very good.

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, wszędzie mieliśmy blisko, a okolica była bezpieczna o każdej porze dnia. Obsługa miła i profesjonalna.

Myślę, że szczotka do toalety znacznie zwiększyłaby nasz komfort podczas pobytu. 😆

The room and bathroom were spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the street. The location is fantastic, so close to the port & beach. The staff was extremely friendly.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und lag ruhig nach hinten raus. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt.

No fitness facility on premise, no bar. Very limited television channels in English. Beds were comfortable but prefer more pillows

We loved this space—staff made it especially special. Ask for Pedro, in reference for city adventures, or anything really—he’s very knowledgeable. It was also so clean which is very important to me.

Would have liked if the bar was open as it looked nice and cosy. Disappointing we couldn't sit and enjoy a night cap. We weren't out late as we had kids with us

The location between the Gothic and Born neighborhoods. Very good shower. Great spot and warm staff.

Too much outside noise (room was on the side/ front of the hotel). Room ventilation was poor and it was too warm.

Room was very big, clean and comfortable. Our hotel room had a view of the buildings that were looking very historical. It was very nice. Hotel is 5 min walk to the marina and close to everywhere by walk. Stuff was always tried to help everything by smile. They were excellent

There wasn't any smoking area or an open garden etc. at the hotel. If youre a smoker you need to smoke out of the gate.
