Enough and delicious breakfast and lunch and dinner. The staff are giving their best. Everyday different food, .. I enjoy the music when I pass to go to the restaurant. Swimmingpoolopen 7/7, enough activities for everybody.

Almost everything was good: location, pools, room cleanness, etc.

Only 2 problems we had during our stay: 1. Food in general - quality is ok, but variety is very limited and what is even worse - it is absolutely untasty. Almost everything had no taste. They should try to change a cook. Breakfasts were the worst: becon had strange taste, omlets awful(yes it is hard to imagine but they managed somehow even to spoil omlets))), but fried eggs were even worse, one day they were as plastic overcooked)). Only pancakes were tasty, but they were available not every day. I can add a lot more about food, but think it is enough 2. The last day hotel staff put water pump in order to water the grass just near our window in the bedroom at 5-45 in the morning and switched in on. Disaster. I woke up and the only idea that came to my mind is to go and to switch it off on my own. I did it) However, the last day was spoiled((

The mini apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Fair quality/price alternative.

The food was not nice, it fits its purpose of not letting you starve during your stay, but there is no taste or quality to it (I opted to eat outside the hotel several times, even though I had an all-inclusive arrangement). The wifi connection in the bedroom and common areas of the hotel is very weak, it only works fairly ok in the living room of the apartment you booked. You only have air-conditioning in the bedroom, not the rest of the apartment/studio. They did not clean my room every day, and the first time did not even make the beds.

We booked another place that was unfortunately overbooked. Thanks to booking.com's swift problem solving we were able to get to this place. Their staff was absolutely amazing. They remained professional, quick to the task and friendly at all times. We never had to wait for anything. There was a small Tennis court on sight that is actually quite well kept. We haven't been in the pools, but they looked well kept and clean. The layout with the main bar surrounded by the pool is a nice touch and it is easy to get into a holiday mood. They serve excellent Ron con cola and other beverages. They have excellent room service that replaces your towel daily (in case you are into that)

We actually booked another room in Playa del Ingles that turned out to be overbooked. Thanks to booking.com's customer support and goodwill we were able to receive this place as substitute on 2 hours notice. So under these circumstances we can not complain, but if we were it would be the following: The WiFi-system is slow and dated. To get access to it, you have to ask in the lobby for them to create a login and password for you. Once logged it, it is super slow slow. You can not use the login data for another device. Too bad if you have two phones or a phone and a laptop. You can only use one of it at a time. According to our booking the bungalow was supposed to have kitchen. And well it does have Sink and even a tiny stove and a fridge, but there is literally nothing else except one single pot that a guest must have forgotten. So to think you could actually cook in the apartment, no you can not unless you bring your own kitchen utensils. We would have preferred to get two towels per person instead of only one that they change daily as soon as we leave the room. But that might be just us. It is an All Inclusive Resort, so like expected lunch and dinner produces a lot of food waste. The side dishes like rice, noodles, fries were alright and their fried beef bits were quite good. There was only two times a vegetarian main course from six meals we head, so four times one had to be satisfied with salat and the soup (that was vegetarian at least 3 times out of 6). It's a shame they put surimi and bacon on the pizza they served two times, it shouldn't be too difficult to leave some pieces vegetarian. The bread rolls were quite dry. Nothing compared to the bread rolls you can get at Spar. We think they should serve the eggs "à la carte" with only a few prepared to have less food waste and eggs cooked to taste for guests. The Minigolf tracks are not so well kepts. 5 of 14 holes are basically the very same, because obstacles were missing.
