Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, Zimmer top, renoviert mit neuem Bad (begehbare Dusche), die Lage der Anlage gut, da sehr zentral. Als sehr gut darf die Poolanlage bezeichnet werden.

Was man wissen sollte, die Briten dominieren die Anlage, wir waren die einzigen Deutschen. Puerto Del Carmen wird im Übrigen insgesammt von den Briten dominiert. War zwar nicht störend, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man sic h auch mal mit anderen unterhalten möchte, was mit unseren bedingten Englischkenntnissen eben nur bedingt möglich war. Personal spricht kein deutsch, es wird eben englisch und spanisch gesprochen. Frühstück darf als eher ungewöhnlich bezeichnet werden, nur eine kl. Tassen Kaffee (zweite gg. Aufpreis), ansonsten nur Toast in verschiedenen Variationen. Frühstücksbestellung wurde am Tisch aufgenommen und auch serviert. Gut: Frisches Obst und Naturjogurt. Zimmer perfekt, ebenfalls renoviert mit kleine Kochniesche mit gr. Kühlschrank. Eigenversorgung wäre möglich gewesen, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden

Adults only, Its quiet, friendly relaxed atmosphere. staff are nice. It’s comfortable & clean. Decent amenities, really has everything you need. Nice pool small but more than adequate for the size.. plenty of loungers and space.

The bathroom is the biggest let down but you have what you need so it’s not a REAL problem… personally I would prefer fresh towels more often than every 3 days, it wouldn’t bother a lot of people but i would happily pay a small surplus for this option !

great location, couldn’t ask for more helpful and friendly staff. look forward to staying again.

I can’t say I disliked anything

The staff were wonderful and really nice. The location is great and only a 5 minute walk to the strip. We opted for a deluxe room this time and really liked the layout of the room - it was much lighter made the room seem bigger.

The bathrooms are very old and tired looking. We’ve been coming to Panorama for 11 years and the bathrooms haven’t changed, just gotten older and grubbier. The shower curtain over the bath was dirty - I think walk in showers would be a welcome addition as surely baths are only useful for children and panorama is adults only. The bath towels are tiny and unfortunately the same ones they had 11 years ago.

Adults only is brilliant, always sun loungers available, staff excellent, very friendly, pool bar grub is very good especially breakfast, booked for September again, best we stayed in Puerto del Carmen.

Shower in the apartment very tight, don't like shower in the bath, can be awkward to get out.

to walk it was a lot of steps good 10 mins walk from the strip.. room very very basic wasn’t cleaned the 3 nights/4 days we were there, had to ask for some toilet roll.. jacuzzi broken pool cold but no problem with beds

night porter an old guy with glasses was very rude one of the nights knocking on our door and telling us to be quiet when all we were doing was talking and not loudly either

the staff were very helpful and friendly. it was a quick and simple check in. the pool area was really nice. the rooms were cleaned often.

the apartment was small and every sound from the hallway could be heard.

I loved the peacefulness having no children in complex,. Pool area fabulous and the studio apartment was ample big, and comfortable

What I didn't like was I had read reviews about apartment on other sites and I found out that some people complained about the Panorama Complex and their facilities, this has annoyed me because we just found it to be perfect for what you pay

this was just for one night when we missed our flight home - perfect for the occasion!

not sure if we would have booked it for the duration, but also didn’t get much of a chance to explore it..
