All of the people working reception were extremely kind, helpful and friendly! The breakfast was very good. Hostess amazing.
The elevator was inoperative and we had to walk four flights of stairs over & over.

It is a perfect location to explore Dingle town. It had spacious clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The staff could be more pleasant. The breakfast staff bordered on rude.

The food was excellent, we also had lunch & dinner there, delicious! Each & everyone of the staff were so friendly, helpful & efficient. Fabulous atmosphere & great value for money.
A lift to our rooms would have been a bonus + the pillows were uncomfortable! I didn't like the carpet in the dining room....only a small thing! Other than that we could not fault another thing. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was fantastic loved the setting of the room and the surrounds of hotel very accessible and parking is prefect little tricky to get to but ideal for duration of stay.
Bar staff weren't the friendliest a tan man seemed like we were interrupting his day asking for a drink.

Decor in the main old building is authentic and classy.
Food in the restaurant could be of a better standard.

Breakfast needed to be booked due to covid restrictions but this was not an issue. The staff were excellent and the covid restrictions had no impact on the stay. Excellent service and will be back in the future
