The staff here are the nicest people we’ve ever met. We were meant to stay for one night before our wedding but then saw how beautiful the area was and wanted to stay for the night after the wedding as well. They made it happen and rearranged stuff so we wouldn’t have to change rooms. The view was amazing. They brought up wine on the morning of our wedding, which was so sweet. They remembered we got married and congratulated us when we came back from the ceremony. My family stayed here as well and were also blown away by the kindness they received. I haven’t had better service really. Great value, beautiful place.

The room was on the ground floor with a “wall” view, close to the reception area. It was so noisy late night and early morning.

Location is great, good walking distance to entertainment, restaurants and shops. It had great views. Hotel was clean. Having access to parking was important to us. We paid separately for breakfast which was good.
Bathroom was very basic but functional. Would be beneficial to upgrade. There were cracks on tiles and surfaces around taps needed cleaning. In the hotel generally, there are no amenities such as a snack machine available.

excellent location, the staff were so lovely friendly and so helpful, breakfast was fabulous and our waiter was such fun, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable,
the showers in two of the bedrooms were very temperamental either too hot or cold as a result one of our group burnt her foot ,

The room allocation exceeded expectations, the view was fantastic and facilities in the room were good. I was happy with the location of the hotel, within 5 minutes walking distance of the town. I enjoyed breakfast and the choice was excellent. Service was always prompt and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was impressive.
Decor in the room looked slightly tired but still reflected excellent value for money. There appeared to be a large refurbishment programme taking place with painters and decorators in certain rooms but noise levels were not excessive or intrusive. There was not much I did not like about the hotel, it really is an excellent place.

The location of the room was exceptional and beautiful. The family room had 4 total beds in a spacious room that was perfect for our family. It was a wonderful hotel and we wish we would've stayed longer!

Just a tad further from the village than would make walking there convenient - we needed to get in the car to drive into town - but if that's the worst thing I can think of, then this place is alright

Staff were so lovely & welcoming. Stayed in a family room. It was basic but perfect for our stay. Really clean, netflix on TV for kids. Breakfast was so nice, really good choice, porridge & waffles were really good. Fast friendly service. Location ideal, went for lovely walk around beautiful Dingle! We will definitely be back!!
