Location

No early check in even an hour. At 2:00 pm we were still waiting on our room. Even on the day of check out, we could not get a half hour extra. All hotel chains in US allow this even if there was a fee.

great views from the breakfast room

- good breakfast with nice view over Ushuaia Bay

- employee at reception was overstrained - toilet flush was broken - shower temperature regulation was not working properly (extrem hot or extrem cold) - high price for what you get - at first they wanted to charge the room change

Breakfast location was great. I didn't realize I could order eggs for breakfast until it was too late to do so.

New carpet was needed in the room. While clean, it was threadbare in places.

some of the rooms really don’t have any view whatsoever. at the point of booking on Booking.com it wasn’t clear the room I had selected wouldn’t have any view. however we were lucky and the staff were able to accommodate us moving to a different room.

Extremely helpful and capable staff. I walked into the business district but couldn't face the steep uphill walk back after several hours so I took a cab back. Breakfast room has an amazing view! Very clean.

The carpet in the room, though clean, needs replacing. I trust this will happen further into COVID recovery. Couldn't remember if photos fairly represented the property.

the amazing 360 degree view from the breakfast area. Best view in Ushuaia. and you can have coffee up there and enjoy it all day. And the amazing view from the bay facing rooms.

Most beautiful views in Ushuaia, and maybe the world, from the rooftop breakfast room and evening coffee area. Friendly staff. spotless clean rooms. incredible showers. I will miss everything about this place!

The weather was exceptionally hot and there was no fan or air con in the room We had the window open but at night the lights shone into the room The breakfast was very average no fresh bread There was only preheated scrambled eggs for hot food

A lovely comfortable room with a great view! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

Very nice room, the staff was very helpful… the terrace has a beautiful view of the Martial mountains and of the Beagle channel…

Breakfast was very basic

free tea and coffee in the terrace was great. terrace has a spectacular view good location very helpful and kind staff who speak english very well really clean sheets and towels large bathroom

a little expensive not enough options in breakfast, only sweet stuff.
