LOVED that it was walking distance to the pier for when we disembarked from our cruise. This was a bonus as we were able to jumpstart our post cruise adventures. Since we were not able to immediately access the room (cruise gets in early!), we went to rent our car and tour the area until we could get into our room. Breakfast was included and was pleasant.

Room was just average. Halls were not well lit and looked a bit frumpy.

Staff were great and happy to help when we wanted to order a meal and drinks for dinner. Restaurant was fully booked, but they made space for us. Thank you.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff

Modern bathroom, modern bedroom furniture. Lots of shelves and hanging space. Appreciated the nut snacks in the room. Free wifi worked well. Enjoyed my dinner (paid extra) and breakfast (included) in their restaurant. Location was great, could walk to all the museums and down to the area where the coaches taking one to the cruise ship dock left from.

The hotel was okay!

STUPID Booking charging us 3 TIMES the price of one night stay at the hotel. I paid through Booking 140 dollars for 1 night stay, when the price at the receptions is the equivalent of 50 dollars! That was disgusting!

Room was noisy, bathroom too tight.

Great location, exceptional staff. Breakfast very good. Highly recommend. Could walk all over the town. Aable to rent a car nearby to go trekking out to the beautiful park and drive up to Patagonia.

Coffee up in the room but that may be more of an American tradition. But lovely hotel. Hightly recommend.

Location to port. Rooms done nicely. Good quality continental style breakfast.

The room was stinking hot with no air-conditioning. We had to open the window to cool the room down as it was only 3 degrees outside, however, the noise from the street and a pump or generator across the street made it unbearably noisy and hard to sleep. I find it hard to believe a 4 star hotels does not have tissues in the room.

I came to this hotel for the location. That worked out well. I was able to keep my luggage and coats there while walking around before my ship was ready to board. I also wanted a restaurant on the property after traveling so many hours. Dinner and breakfast were right there, and that helped me relax. Food was good. I would suggest more wines by the glass. I would like to try more wines from Argentina. My room was quiet. I was surprised that there were few blankets on the bed. I was afraid that I would get cold, but I did not. I slept well.

Maybe more blankets for those of us who come from warm climates.

it was right near the port and shopping streets so very convenient

lot of noise till early hrs if the morning and your staff said they would get us a taxi to airport and he later they still had not we walked across the road with our luggage and hit one straight away nearly missed our flight
