Beautiful property and close walk to the beach. Very spacious and great kitchen with what we needed to cook most meals during our stay. Pool deck was nice to relax when we returned from the beach. Mindy was very responsive with communication. Will definitely plan to return for another vacation.

The house is spotless, the beds are all very comfortable, plenty linens and towels and blankets. We loved how close the house is to the beach. It’s a very easy pleasant stroll. The beach front access area is low key and just overall like a little piece or heaven. There is no soap for the showers so pack that.

Really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations for this family of ten, plus infant. The bedroom layout was perfect for our needs and the pool area was the place to be. It was great to be able to gather as unit and the screened in porch was the ideal setting. Only knock I have is that virtually no consumable items were provided. There was one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll a paper towels in the kitchen, and one garbage bag. So just figure on bringing napkins, soap, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, garbage bags, anything else that gets used up, etc. Many thanks to Mindy.

We stayed in this house last year and were pleasantly surprised to find some lovely updates this year. These updates included a large, new dining room table that easily accommodated our large crew. However, the best update was the beautiful new pool deck which somehow stays cool on even the hottest summer day! We will be back if we can get in for next year!

We had an amazing time! The house was just as expected and felt even roomier in person. We were a group of 13 with kids and adults and we had plenty of kitchen and eating space. The screened in porch was so nice and relaxing. The storage throughout was especially helpful! The pool was amazing and there was plenty of space to hangout alongside the pool. Of note, there is not a grill at the house which would be a nice addition but didn’t end up being a problem for us. There is great walkability to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was so helpful and responsive as well. We absolutely would recommend this house!

This house was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend! There was 13 of us and we had plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the house. We particularly loved the private pool and large screened in porch. The house is within walking distance to anything you could possibly need - coffee, restaurants, drinks, shopping, and of course the beach! We are already starting to look at dates to book the house again. I can’t recommend the house more!

We love everything about this house: the location, the decor, the amenities, the neighborhood -- everything! Mindy was a delight to work with, too. The house is beautifully designed and decorated, stylish, and comfortable. Grayton Beach is the best beach on the Panhandle. We've been coming to this general area for almost 25 years, and this house has been our favorite place to stay so far. We're looking forward to coming back.

A perfect place for our family and teens. The house had a great set up with a roomy front porch, looking straight across the dunes to the sunset, and the pool surrounded by lush greenery, giving you a feeling of privacy. The teens loved the downstairs area! The house is a quick walk from all Grayton has to offer - just a few minutes to the beach and the restaurants.

This place was perfect for a large group! Very close to the beach access and shops/restaurants nearby. It is a very quiet area too which was a plus! House was very clean as well. Would stay here again!

AC wasn’t working correctly. We had to bail water from the drip pan every night. Also the house wasn’t as well stocked as last year. No hand soap in master bath, toilet paper ran out first day, trash bags ran out second day. Publix has everything though and we really like the ambiance!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed with additional comforts. Everyone had plenty of room and we especially enjoyed the front porch, There is a big round table to play a game of "Spoons":) The owners were very gracious and communication was easy. I gave the neighborhood a 3 star only because there was quite abit of construction going on. This is certainly to be expected during the off season, it just prohibited us from using the pool during working hours. However, the grandkids loved the comings and goings of the construction trucks:) The family voted to return to this house as now there will not be a home being built next door. We spent alot of time at the beach especially after we found a concrete walkway. We had been going to the beach by way of a long sandy walkway and were exhausted carrying our things. (Go left at the end of the street instead of right.) This is a wonderful house and we can't wait to go back to Grayton Beach next year!

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to gather inside, on the spacious front porch and of course pool side. It was short walk to the beach which made it easy for everyone. The house was well stocked.

Mindy was excellent to work with. The house was perfect for our girls trip. Close to beach, we could walk to restaurants, and house was so nice!! The pool was also great. We would def book here again!!! Highly recommend.

This place was great for our family of 10. My 3 teenage daughters enjoyed the bunk area and the layout of the rest of the house suited our needs perfectly as well. The short 4 minute walk to the beach was amazing and the pool was also very convenient for a quick dip. Mindy was super responsive with any questions and when a minor plumbing issue arose. We really appreciated the quick attention she gave us!! We look forward to more trips to this lovely home! Thanks!!

Our family loved our stay at this house! The location being a short walk to the beach is great! We also loved having a pool at the house. The owners are very responsive and ready to help with anything needed during the stay.

Mindy was phenomenal as the host. She was so easy to contact and was such a delight to talk to. The home is absolutely perfect. Only a couple blocks from the beach. The pool was perfect too! Thank you again Mindy for such a great time!

We love Grayton for the 4th of July. Best parade on 30A! This house was fantastic for all the festivities since house is on parade route. Pool and grill were a hit for all guests. Short walk to beach was big plus and the house was super comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great memories were made!

This house has a very well-equipped kitchen and the 2 refrigerators were a plus! The backyard pool area is beautifully landscaped with ample seating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also lovely. This house easily accommodated our group of 12, we will be back!

We had such a great time in Sunset Shenanigans. The house was extremely spacious and well taken care of. Short walk to a beautiful beach. The property manager checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We had the best time at Sunset Shenanigans! It was my daughter’s birthday weekend. I brought one other mom and six girls. Plenty of room for us to spread out! Wonderful location just a block away from the beach. Walked to great restaurants. We loved Crackling for bfast and Chiringos for dinner!! Pool was nice for girls to take breaks from the beach. Highly recommend this area and property!! Owner was quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Had a few minor issues with the house that were Immediately addressed and we couldn’t Recommend it more highly! We had a fabulous time!
