The only thing we liked about the hostel is I guess the location. Other than that… Nothing
- First off, we booked a double room, which would include a double bed. Google “double bed” and you will find a size of at least 140cm width. This bed is 120. Not a double bed
- We got a room in which the bathroom was DIRTY as hell. Mold on the floor, the walls and the ceilings. I added pictures for reference. When we complained we got another room with *less* mold (yeay!) but still very very dirty. I think the property could do with a really good deep cleaning.
- Of the 2 nights we spend there, we only had hot water on the last night and last morning.
- The room had tape on the ceiling
- The breakfast is very limited; just bread and some jam.

Ótima localização, próximo ao centro histórico e da praça de Armas, ótimo custo-benefício.
Chuveiro com água quente, café da manhã simples, camas confortáveis e limpas.
O hotel é bem decorado com espaço externo de bem estar.
Wi-fi lento. Banheiro sem janela e com teto mofado, o que deixa o quarto com mau odor.

The hotel was very close to everything, great location, the beds were comfortable and soft. It was good value for money. The decoration of the common areas was lovely and the staff was helpful, if a bit cold.
The garage entrance is horrible, it is broken down and it scratched our car. The room didn't look very clean.

Issues with the shower but they gave me another room straight away

Nice interior, comfy bed, good location, okay breakfast (but freezing in the morning).
Intermittent hot water, cold rooms. I'd happily have paid a little more for a bit of heating!

The staff is amazing. The girl at the reception made the experience pleasant.
You can see how the people who own the hotel are getting ready to sell it. They simply don't care anymore. The window did not close, there was moisture on the walls in the bathroom. Breakfast was more of a joke.

Good value for money. Good location. Room was a reasonable size. Looks like it was once a grand hotel.
A lot of street noise (Puno drivers use their horns excessively) all night long. Mediocre breakfast.

Great location and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast and reliable Wifi. We ended up staying 5 night as we were stuck in Puno due protests. The team was very understanding. Thank you
Hot water was or too hot or not hot enough. It was difficult to regulate the temperature.

Location. Very rich breakfast
The staff didn't speack much english. The hotel organized for us a transfer Puno-Kasani making us paying twice as much compared to the other people on the same boat with double engine.. They promised us a fast boat and 5h journey. It was and endless journey 8 hours long.
The room wan't the one advertised on booking, not the one I reserved. The bath leaked. The plugs are too old. It wasn't as clean as it was advertised.
