Frokosten, som man kan købe var mindre god. Nye retter ville være en idé.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen hatte beim Buffet eine super gute und leckere Auswahl.

Das Bett war etwas zu hart und hat gequietscht.

Smoking in all public areas, I know it is permitted in Morocco but a few non smoking areas would be so much more pleasant.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in reception. There are taxis outside the door. Omelette Station at breakfast was great.Easy short walk to the beach.

Would have liked chopped fruit at breakfast. A little distance to the busier areas, but taxis outside if needed..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer darauf bedacht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Anlässlich eines Geburtstages wurde für einen kleinen Beitrag ein Kuchen serviert und das Zimmer sehr schön geschmückt. Danke Laila. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und es wurde sehr viel Wert auf Reinigung und Instandhaltung gelegt. Das Personal im Spa ist ebenfalls freundlich und die Hamam Behandlung und die Massagen waren sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Es wurde a la carte und Buffet angeboten. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Aufenthalt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas versteckt und abseits von Bars und Restaurants. Der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Leider gab es am diesem Strandabschnitt keine öffentlichen Restaurants Bars oder Strand Pavilion. Daher war man daran gebunden mit dem Taxi zu fahren oder ca 20-25 Minuten zu laufen.

Comfortable, clean,very friendly professional staff in all areas. The location is good,about a 10 minute walk from the promenade and beach. We had an issue with the bathroom. It was resolved within a few minutes of reporting.

The bathroom was a wet room with facilities for disabled users, which was fine. However, after using the shower,the floor remained wet for hours,leaving it very slippery.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay. Wonderful SPA and staff overall. Definetely recommend.

We were upgraded on arrival to a suite it was fantastic 2 bathrooms, large sitting area, balcony overlooking pool, a lovely turndown service and on Christmas eve Roses and Choclates on bed, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Spa and Hamman service is excellent.

Our stay at Timoulay was truly amazing! The staff was incredibly professional, our room very spacious and clean, and there was great variety during tasty breakfast with fresh fruit and produce each morning. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, and we also want to thank the cleaners, especially Aziza and Boushra for doing an amazing job as our room was super neat every day and with different arrangements on our bed. Also, the waiters in the restaurant were fantastic, as well as porters Soufiane and Yasinne who were also really great handling our luggage and always happy to have a chat. We couldn't ask for more!

I liked the room size it was huge. Big bedroom, shower, bath tub, x2 toilets, bidet and for very good price too. I also liked the included breakfast every morning.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach but they have a lovely pool area and plenty of beds and comfy areas. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We were given a disabled room ?? ?? With a wet room which was very slippery when wet . But big so.... I would recommend this place if you like a smaller more personalised stay. We did enjoy that.

The breakfast was good and substantial. The pool area and pool were very well looked after. Yassin, who was in charge of this did an excellent job and was very helpful. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a very thorough job each day.

The pool was slightly cold, although towards end of our stay (5thMarch) it was beginning to warm up a bit.

Doors on the rooms slam very loudly, woken up early and late when people were coming and going. No music by the pool, just a bit too quite. some chopped fruit selection at breakfast would be good.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Fine pool (cold in January). Good breakfast with a lot to choose among. Very friendly waiters.

Really nothing, but Agadir is not so exciting for a longer stay. We stayed three days at our hotel, and that was fine.

Fab breakfast and decent location - easy to walk to the beach (not the main area). Had an amazing massage too for a decent price! The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The "double" bed was two twin beds put together so it wasn't very comfortable, and neither were the mattresses. Walls / ceilings were thin. We could hear every footstep from above us and it sounded like they were moving furniture often. We had a "sea" view - you could see it a bit but mostly our view was a huge roundabout and cars everywhere, so being on the balcony wasn't particularly relaxing.

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, we were offered Moroccan tea on arrival. The suite is a great size with a very comfy super king bed and lovely large balcony. Food by the pool was reasonably priced and mostly tasty and the hotel is very clean.

Breakfast was pretty basic and missing some chopped fruit for the yoghurt, although the fresh juice selection was nice and you could ask for eggs to be cooked to your liking. The traditional decor and style in the room is nice and we liked it, however, the room could be updated with new items and some artwork maybe to give it a pop of colour as it’s very white and brown. More could be done to enhance the lovely Berber style. Some people were playing their own music by the pool out of a speaker, we found this bizarre as it’s not for them to expect that everyone will enjoy their music! I would always listen to my music on headphones, as everyone has different taste and some people are looking for quiet. Maybe a policy of no music speakers by the pool would be good 👍🏼

Fantastic hotel, super clean, and the staff were superb. A really nice hotel with nice facilities.

The WiFi in the room was poor and wasn't great. The meals weren't always the best, but I find this is across Morocco and not unique to this hotel. Also, there are no shops anywhere close as there's a fair bit of building work happening (you can't hear any noise nor does it cause any disturbance).
