the location and the staff. they are lovely and they go the extra mile on everything. I traveled with my elderly mum and she felt safe and really well treated, especially by Aurora. those are the details that make a family gateway unforgettable. really pleased with everything and everyone that made our holiday so special.

The view from the balcony was one of a kind! It was gorgeous! It's a very short (1 min) walk to the beach, and the path is a beauty as you pass over the nature. The room and the bed were ok. The dining area was good and the live music was great! The staff was friendly all the time. Breakfast was OK as well.

The facilities need some love urgently. It felt as though they don't have attention to detail, and it made a lot of difference in our stay. There's lots of stuff in need of repair in the building. The shower wasn't even good, let alone great. The selection of wines would have been good if it was actually available. They didn't have 2 of the wines that we ordered from their menu. The food was mediocre.

The restaurant was good, the service was attentive and the prices were fair. The room and there bed were wonderful. The swimming pool is delicious.

Some areas need more care on the cleaning. With the pandemics we were afraid to use the elevator, which is very small. There wasn't any juice in the breakfast.
