the property was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was great, it was in a safe area with access to bars and cafes and not to far from a lovely park, the staff were really helpful and friendly
my hairdryer didn’t work but it was replaced on my last day, the room taxes were expensive and unexpected. I was supposed to be in a superior room with a king bed but they said as they were busy they had put me in a double room. there was no minibar as described and the rooms were not soundproofed as described

The TV service could improve by proving channels like HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc. to watch movies.

Everything in general. Front desk and restaurant people were very helpful and kind.
I think they need to offer a good resturant, and room fridge with beberages and snacks. Also a coffe machine at room.

The night receptionist is a very cordial guy. I was exhausted and stressed from a long day and he made my stay feel very welcoming and not stressful. He also offered me breakfast to go because I was going to check out before the breakfast was going to open and I was not expecting this and I can say his service was beyond great.
The rooms are very big, comfortable, clean, has a great view, easy access ability to the all the streets with various restaurants and a near by mall. The garage is big that you can maneuver with great ease and many parking spots that don’t complicate your life.
A great experience I would always recommend the Holiday Inn for Quito. I have stayed in many hotels in Quito but this one is by far the best.

It was terribly cold in the room all 5 days that I was. The automatic ventilation system in the room does not have a heating function. In whale at night at this time it is 6-9 degrees Celsius and it becomes almost 15 degrees in the room - this is unbearable.
