Beautiful clean rooms, very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Favorite place I've stayed in a long time! Got the ground floor spa apartment which was 100% as described. No stairs, nice large open apartment with modern Kitchen and Bathrooms. Check-In process was easy and after hours was available. Pool was lovely as well.

Lack of Air Conditioning in bedrooms. Woulda been a 10/10 but was pretty hot and couldn't keep the doors open due to the noisy guests on the weekend. We checked-in during the week which was great, but it filled up alot on the weekend with a particular large group of rather loud people really taking over the pool for the whole day. Nothing against the establishment, but would advice trying to book your time in during the week.

beds in the twin room need renewing - incredibly saggy! table by the pool area was so tight! would be good if the chairs didn’t have arms, or the table was a bit smaller. the location is a bit mixed - not really close to the beach or the restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The weather was quite humid so perhaps that was the issue, but the tiled floors felt a bit dirty - perhaps a deep clean would bring them up to speed.

Quite dated generally. No air-con in the bedrooms and three stories with no lift. Pool fences for the rooftop spa not compliant and kids could climb over. Timber spa access steps rotten, broken and sharp.

Pool is beautiful. Staff are friendly.

The best bit was the living room was huge, biggest I've ever been in for a coastal unit.

Not much really. It was enjoyable stay and the size of the unit surpassed my expectations.

The location was good. Convenient to both Noosaville and Hastings Street. We drove to both as we have small kids but the bus stop was right outside and the walk would be manageable without little people. The pool area was nice. The reception and support staff we spoke to were also lovely.

When we walked in we were immediately disappointed as the room, decor and general appearance of the flat was not fresh. We also noticed black mould all over the blinds in the second bedroom as soon as we walked in. We asked for this to be cleaned, to which the staff arranged very quickly. On reflection we should have just asked to change rooms but it was a peak time and we assumed availability would be low. We put up with it but both kids got itchy eyes and runny nose during the stay. The bathrooms both had a terrible smell coming from the drains. All the decorative cushions looked like they should be replaced and there were large stains on the blankets. We had to rewash most of the cutlery, glassware, plates etc as they had food still on them. Overall the layout and facilities have potential but Apartment #5 really needs a refresh and a good clean. We wanted to like it, but we were really disappointed and won’t be returning.

Everything. Very quiet area, heated pool, very secured place to be, and very friendly and helpful managers Michael and Darrel. I will come back again by the grace of God.
