The welcome and the quality of the staff are exceptional, the restaurant and the breakfast are excellent (with an impressive wine list), the decoration and the lounges are very cosy, the wellness center is great and the location super. In short, we will come back!

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice. The room was wonderful, every day when they cleaned it they left some chocolates:) The wellness area was amazing and we couldn't be happier to stay thr ere. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely come back!

Staff was very nice. Food was good.

We inadvertently selected our kids age of 0 and 0 which made the rate significantly higher when we showed up with our 10 year old kids. Our fault. The hotel was understanding and tried to make it right.

I liked that they have membership with val gardena active program which has some guided activities in the area that you can sign up for for free. and they give you transportation card to use public transportation in the area. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the check in and out was smooth with a welcome drink upon arrival.

However there aren't any activities that are operated by the hotel itself. As for the facilities the pool area is very small and the dining room for breakfast has assigned seating according to your room number and you can't change your table which is a first for me as I have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels and this is the first one which operates like this. As for the breakfast itself I have made a dietary request upon booking since breakfast is included with the stay which which they confirmed that they can accommodate. but unfortunately when I arrived there were not any options other than bread and jam so I wouldn't recommend it for people with dietary restrictions unless you don't plan to eat at the hotel. The service staff tried to be helpful and managed to get me dairy free margarine and fruit salad one day which was nice of them but considering that I'm paying the same as other guests and that I have informed the hotel of the dietary requirement prior to my stay it was a disappointment that the breakfast options were so limited and the same everyday. Overall it was not great value for money in my case.

We went to Hotel Tyrol for part of our honeymoon in Italy. Wow!! The beautiful views of the mountains, the hospitality, the spa and amenities, this is a hotel of luxury and relaxation. We will be back soon!

we got a very warm welcome when we got there. lovely hotel with a perfect location. nice and friendly staff and a clean and comfy hotel. we were surprised by the very nice spa that had everything. the outdoor pool was also very nice. we visited in the summer to hike but would love to come back for skiing.

the breakfast was nice and had everything you wanted. Though we did not like the evening restaurant, through our stay in val Gardena every other restaurants we tried was better than the hotel Tyrols. besides that the hotel has everything you can ask for.

Wonderful atmosphere. Super kind staff. Great breakfast and excellent restaurant. Great pools and saunas too.

No need for heating

The food was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The bar area was unique and with great atmosphere. The welcome drinks made our arrival extra special. The bar man was very knowledgeable and friendly. The indoor and outdoor pool were beautiful and the hot tubs and saunas were unique and added to the holiday.

Breakfast was delicious, very friendly staff. Very friendly staff at the reception. The room was very clean. The quality of the food was very good.

Excellent Hospitality and High End Living

The breakfast had a lot of options and the kitchen was very good with providing eggs anyways you like and other hot dishes. The lunch and dinner were also available and the food was very good. All the staff was helpful and attentive to their guests' needs.
