Everything. The chalet is spacious and spotless. The owners have eye for detail. In the kitchen, there is everything you need... plus a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. The farm is beautiful, with lots of trees, flowers and birds.

water in shower cycled through hot and cold without touching the taps. took a long time to get hot. needs fixing to be waterwise

The location was amazing. We loved the relaxed feel of the cottage and it’s proximity to the attractions in the area. The cottage itself was clean and neat and had everything to make our stay enjoyable (we especially loved the coffee machine!). Darren and Libby were fantastic hosts and provided heaps of information about things to do and places to go for meals and outings.

Stunning spot, lovely owners and a beautiful cottage. So tranquil and restful.

The only issue was the bed was so hard it wasn't a comfortable nights sleep.

the cottage has everything you would need to say, things like fly spray, bug off where all provided as well as simple thinks like oil for cooking and salt and pepper which I tend to forget.

Extremely clean, very tranquil, birds were singing beautifully it was the best getaway we have had! We will 100% be back and telling everyone about it! I can not recommend highly enough. Tastfully designed with all the creature comforts of home and set up with a breathtaking view we will be booking again in winter! AAA+++

I loved that it was surrounded by trees. Watching birds in the bird bath.

Breakfast wasn't included, but that is ok we had our own, there was good kitchen facilities to use also!! Loved the beautiful gardens, with plenty of lovely little birds in the gardens. The location was close to town, and the local attractions. We enjoyed big brook dam and Hidden river estate,(where we had a lovely lunch). All the scenery was absolutely beautiful!! We would love to stay at Big Brook retreat again one day!! such a lovely place to unwind and relax, it was just what we needed for our holiday.:)

It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in our bedroom, because the weather was surprisingly warm while we were there!!( the fan and air-conditioning in the living area was great though).

Very conveniently located for access to Pemberton, Manjimup, Big Brook Forest and Dam and state forests. Well appointed cottage, very clean, quiet location.
