The night receptionist (Blond Lady) was extremely polite,helpful,kind and AMAZING.She was the gem of the hotel,she deserve a promotion or reward .I had to check out in the night and she helped me with my kids and calling a taxi. The room was very clean and pleasant.Location was quiet and not far from the airport.

Nice small hotel, on a quiet street. It is possible to get a taxi to Warsaw for 20 zloty within 15 minutes.There is always a representative at the reception who will solve your problem if possible. A good breakfast is included in the price.

separate beds in the room are very uncomfortable. For the three days of my stay, they put only one small towel, after which I had to ask the reception to give me a normal large comfortable towel.There was no remote control for the air conditioner in the room. At the reception they explained to me that there was a problem in the electrical network and advised me to open the windows if I was hot.

Great stay for 3 days. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Staff responded to my special request right away after I completed my booking. They allowed my nephew from Canada to pay for my stay because I was coming from Ukraine and didn't have much money with me on my way to Canada. The staff didn't have any issues to extend my stay for another night when my family from Canada asked them to. Staff was also very helpful in providing information, directions and arranging for taxi service from me. My family and I want to thank all the Amber Hotel staff for their kindness, willingness to help and attention to details.

Beds are not comfortable. No kettle so no way to drink coffee when you want to. The hotel dosent have a cafe or restaurant.
