Perfect Location! Everything you could possibly need is provided! Great value for money!!

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a villa in the middle of our stay. We enjoyed both the flat and the villa. All of the staff were helpful and very responsive to our requests.

Simply loved the apartment! Cleanliness was great. Excellent amenities, good internet speed. Nice and clean Jacuzzi, the sea view from the balcony was stunning. The staff was always willing to help, appreciating and respecting their clients! Very good location, it is situated just 1 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and bus stop. Highly recommend!

We were upgraded from an apartment to a villa due to a burst pipe. The villa was great and had everything you could possibly need. A very enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend.

Jakuzzi was excellent. Space is a huge and well equipped.

Internet did not work. Owner did not answer at our questions all days of our stay.

The jacuzzi was all ready to go however by the next day it had started to smell. We had to request they rechlorinate it which they duly did. Whilst we had to wait for this, it was all done promptly. I would have expected it to be sufficiently chlorinated from the start.

Amazing!!apartment is located near the sea and has everything you need! It's everything you need for a vacation with your family!We will come back as soon possible

The shower glass in double bedroom en suite leaked.

We liked the private area which is basically a huge balcony with shower, table and chairs and trampoline. The apartment had all we needed, it was comfortable and clean. Its location is also good, close to Fig Tree Bay and another nice beach (don't remember the name now).

We didn't like the apartment's proximity to a bar where they played music until midnight or even past that, but I guess they can't do anything about it, the apartment is surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, just 1 min walk to the beach, 4 min walk to Fig Tree Beach. There were all possible electrical appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, blender, toaster etc. Free drinking water and ice. Jacuzzi is the best thing to relax in the end of the day.

I hope video cameras in the rooms are just a prop 😄

Based on the pictures, our small group were really looking forward to relaxing here. It seemed almost unbelievable based on the pictures that we would get this well-equipped and wonderful apartment. And it came true! Truly amazing! We were most looking forward to the jacuzzi, which we didn't end up using, because the wonderful beach was so close. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Spacious and very modern interior. Water and wine as nice welcoming gifts. I particularly liked the water machine. The several packs of ice cubes in the freezer were just icing on the cake. Very attentive! It is definitely the best location in Protaras. Excellent location you really just have to step out the door and find yourself on the street full of tourists in the crowd. I am not writing this as a disadvantage, because whoever stays in such a place should be aware that this is a party town which is always busy and crazy party-goer, with a vibrant nightlife.

All the facilities were of a quality and everything you could need was supplied. It was a lovely touch to find bottled water in the fridge and a bag of ice in the freezer. They even provided a bottle of wine !

The apartment was located in an excellent positiion within the centre of the main street of Protaris, there was great access to the beach and to the pubs and restaurants. Couldnt have been happier with the location. Nightlife is vibrant.

There was very little I didnt like, slight sewerage smell coming from the bathroom which we used candles and air freshner to disguise. As stated above, nightlife is vibrant and was enjoyable to hear however it didnt quieten down until 4am - FYI. Not a criticism,
