We stayed at one of the upper floor "deLuxe" 1-bedroom apartment with a side view over the reception. Reception staff was very friendly at our arrival. The apartment is almost like the pictures. Small differences: here were no cushions on the sofa and no plants. There was a welcome cava bottle and two small water bottles in the fridge, as well as a plate of fresh fruit, which we found a very nice detail. The bedroom included extra pillows in the cupboard, and overall the rooms were very clean. The bathroom had a nice shower, and it included body milk, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels, bathrobe (one size, but would not fit all types of men) and slippers. The "coffee machine" is a filter coffee machine which was a bit of a disappointment. Nowadays a Dolce Gusto or Nespresso would have been more adequate in a hotel of this standard. But overall very neat. Good size terrace with parasol, table and chairs.

The breakfast offering was average - nothing special. Selection of everything you would expect, including an omelette counter. Everything drinkable out of a machine. Was not allowed to take coffee to our room. Diner was very disappointing. No coffee facilities in the evening. Food was tasteless, without variety and very cold. Upon asking if they had a microwave, I was pointed to the kitchen staff. Upon asking for ice, that was also not available - again, pointed to the kitchen staff, not the waiters. I decided to get two glasses of wine out of the, again, machine dispensers, and a waiter plonked a bill onto the table - no smiles, no explanation. When most of the guests had left and only a few, nevertheless important, tables remained, the staff started shouting across the room at each other about their personal work problems. I also do not like the standard copy and paste replies of the management on traveller's comments. However, I have to say that, having read some of the negative comments, the management has taken action in improving the rooms and the service.

The new renovated apt are very good. Breakfast was very good but the dinners were not buffet but tasteless.

The beds in the standard apt (not renovated) are squeaky.

Our apartment was very comfortable, and spacious, the resort had a lovely pool, which was very quiet. Staff were friendly and it was a great location.

Was met by extremely friendly staff. The complex was spotless and very accommodating. Very close to the beach. Swimming pools were great. Breakfast was very fresh and had a lot to choose from. Had a small problem with wrong room been assigned but very quickly resolved.

Very few sunbeams and very quickly spoken for by the old rabbit of throwing a towel down before other guests were even awake. was a policy that the hotel could move these towels but this never seemed to happen.

Great location, almost at the beach which was really nice. Nice pool complex, delux room was great, with an ocean view, cleaned every day.

Juices from the machine. The breakfast was very good but after a few days it lacked veriety. Used only breakfast option so no opinion on rest of the meals.
