It was really nice hotel and the restaurant is amazing. The Staff were really friendly and kind. We recommend to book a diner there and for sure we will come back.

Nice rooms, very nice terrace, Breakfast was good. The hotel is very well placed in the center of the city, just outside there was parking places but at we was there in the holiday season they was most often taken - but no real issue as there was a big parking place a few hundred meters away. The resturent in the hotel was very goos with resonable prices

Spacious, clean room with at least two substantial extra pillows and an extra duvet. Large communal terrace with plenty of seating but unfortunately the weather precluded its use.

Lack of communication regarding the closure of the restaurant from 6 to 17 June, surely either the hotel or Booking.com should have informed us of this. Had we known we would have cancelled our booking. The hotel also states that check-in is possible from 2pm., we arrived at 2.30pm., to find a notice stating that reception was open from 5pm., very annoying. Should the hotel not advise Booking.com of these changes so that guests can be informed or perhaps advise guests directly? One other, maybe minor point the staff appear to speak only French whereas they state that 4 languages are spoken.

Very warm welcome from the staff, room was much bigger than expected, breakfast was complete and delicious. We also had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel and food was amazing.

parking is not so easy around the hotel, we were lucky to find a spot close by. Not easy to find the reception when arriving - you must enter in the restaurant

The continental-style breakfast was quite good, particularly the locally-produced baguettes. It's a very quiet, modest and comfortable location that could be no closer to the hiking trails leading to the noted "Trois Chateaux" overlooking Ribeauville, and those that connect to the trail system that wind through the Vosges Mountains in the Eastern Alsace region.

Some routine maintenance (i.e., loose pavement tiles) was needed in the second-desk patio area adjacent to the spot where the jacuzzi tub is located. The evening lighting in that same area also seemed lacking. Lastly, the locking mechanism on my in-room safe didn't work properly, and that was after I had asked for clarification/ assistance from hotel management.

The location is perfect and the hotel matches the picturesque vibe of the village. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A big extra was the restaurant that had great atmosphere and food. We only stayed one night but would definitely revist.

This hotel has a great location. Its a starting point to Trois Chateaux and its in the center of the village which is beautiful in the morning when the streets are empty. Our room was nice and comfortable.
