We liked that Antonio met us at the train station and helped with our luggage. He also let us into the place which was so necessary because no one could find it. Very close to the train station and the cable car ride was amazing. Its so high up that you get great views of the whole area and you're literally in the clouds. Best thing to do in the area.

Communication was a bit of a problem because Antonio does not speak any English but he tries so hard along with the rest of his family that lives upstairs.

The service from David was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed and was stylish.

You get exactly what you see in the pictures: a cosy studio perfect for 2 people to feel comfortable. There is a supermarket just next door.The host was extremely kind and available for extra tips on restaurants and activities.

The location is not exactly central, but this is clear for everyone who checks the map. Maybe some further information on how to get bus tickets and on the location of bus stops to city center and train station (which in fact are quite near) could be useful for future guests.

air conditioned room. bed very comfy. modern facilities. small balcony. very good amnesties, with little touches such as coffee/tea water, sodas and hotel quality towels

no cooking appliances. sofa bed had no sheets.

Self-check in was very flexible and practical. The host (David) was very available and kind.

The A/C was a bit difficult to use but nonetheless powerful.
