Very well fitted out annex with everything that you might need. Very pleasant host. Found a fantastic Indian / Nepalese restaurant in easy walking distance. Everest Inn.

The location was perfect for us as it was located near to where our family stays. The host was very welcoming and we had a great stay. When we requested for a later check out time she agreed.

Very clean and contact with host efficient. The unit was well equipped with everything you could need. WiFi was great and we had off street parking.

Bed was so so and a bit lumpy and pillows had seen better days. There was a 170 pound holding deposit on arrival that wasn't advised through bookings.com, I don't have an issue with this as some people can be grubs, but for warning is better. There were also pages of rules and regulations along with a full inventory of the unit, which I found daunting.

the shower was bit intermittent . the setting on ‘high’ seemed to make the temperature unstable. on eco it was fine but the pressure was low.

Everything. The host was super friendly and very helpful. I love everything there was and have no complaints whatsoever. It was such an amazing experience and i will definitely recommend it to all. Will be back again, this time for longer and with my husband

Absolutely nothing. Everything was exceptional

All the facilities were new, and the host had thought to have almost everything we could possibly require including a hot water bag and iron board.

The bed is a double, not a Queen, so it’s a little congested for 2 people. Some of the extra towels were damaged but this was sorted by the host later. The host only provides laundry detergent upon request.

the break I made my self, and location good , just in the middle of attraactions area. very nice place, quet and I wlould come there again. Edinburgh is one of my favorite cities, and my blood runs from there in my fathers side :)

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Sam was very helpful when asked about bus route to Edinburgh and sorting an issue with the WiFi.

Not about the property but the advertising! Booking.com advertisement photos were a bit misleading due to you showing beautiful breakfast but no food actually available. Also, no mention of the bond of £170 in the initial information.

Lovely host Sam, she lives in the house next to the property, so easily available if one had any queries. Liked that I could park directly outside, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, smart TV and I loved that there was fresh fruit provided, plus bread and cereal for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area.
