Amazing hotel in a beautiful landscape with amazing view. The staff was very friendly, they made us feel very welcomed and were kind to respond to any of our requests. Thank you and I'm sure I will return back.

fantastic hotel with the most stunning view! Rooms are beautifully decorated, all done in a chic modern chalet style, and the food at the restaurant was simply divine - try the tasting menu, incredible! staff are super friendly and spoke beautiful English with us. loved our stay.

Amazing boutique-hotel with real luxury concierge service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us tips about restaurants, things to do etc (very surprised cause it was like a truly luxury hotel concierge service). The hotel itself is very small, cosy and very comfy. Beds are good, and amenities are natural soaps sourced locally. You even have an iPad to use during your stay, which was really thoughtful. The pool area is amazing, to chill a bit after a day skiing. Breakfast was good (a bit expensive though) but the quality is high. The location is perfect, very nearby to Megeve and St Gervais, but completely isolated. Perfect to relax and walk around.

The only issue we could improve is the smell coming from the kitchen/restaurant below, that arrives every time to the bedrooms, which is not ideal (even though the restaurant was very good).

Luxurious accommodation. Exceptional cuisine. Dinner should be Michelin starred. Great breakfast. The swimming pool was an unexpected bonus.

The staff are amazing and the views are absolutely incredible. The hotel is beautifully decorated with incredible attention to details, and the commitment to sourcing as much materials and produce as locally as possible is fantastic to see. Would highly recommend all of the food on offer. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing which was superb, with very knowledgeable staff to explain the food and wine throughout. Hope to be back again as soon as possible.

Exceptionally helpful staff, a hotel with stunning views and a classy resaurant.

I would have preferred it were a little nearer the charming village of St Gervais - but the owners cannot be blamed for that!

the room was very nicely decorated but a bit impractical. no chair to sit on when you want to work at the desk, too many cushions that take up space. A shower curtain would be good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us. Food was excellent.

Great staff, facilities, cosy rooms and nice Mountain View’s also from the pool. Especially the restaurant with it amazing breakfast, dinner and wine selection was stunning.

Excellent Hotel that exceeded our expectations. Great view to the mountains. Very good breakfast. The Restaurant has Michelin star (2022) and the dinner was excellent. Staff (both Hotel and the Restaurant) is experienced and friendly. It was really pleasant stay.

The bed was a bit too short (I am 185 cm).

incredible views towards Mont Blanc, eye for detail (both in the rooms as in the communal areas), all spic and span, very friendly and enthusiastic staff, good restaurant (also vegetarian options or non alcoholic cocktails) knowledgeable waiters.

smell of cigarettes into our room from other balconies (why not make it a real non-smoking room, and get rid of ashtrays on the balconies). breakfast never went smoothly; staff clearly not happy that we wanted to have breakfast inside (issues with loads of wasps outside two days in a row), had to ask for coffee/tea ourselves. that part of the hotel experience was below par.

Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Staff were helpful but not intrusive, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The room was stunning, sundowners of local gin looking over Mont Blanc was very special. New pool house was fabulous for warm summer afternoon swim.

peaceful setting and friendly staff rooms were very clean and newly furnished.

shower was difficult to use without getting water all over the floor. hotel reception was unmanned for a lot of the day and evening and there was no restaurant or bar facility on our last night. the breakfast was quite small.. only eggs offered for a cooked breakfast option

Superb and beautiful chalet hotel with amazing restaurant. Views of the mountains and fantastic view of Mont Blanc. Beautifully decorated and maintained with lovely staff. Our room with balcony views was so lovely that we didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff, decorated to a high standard. nice touches in the room / property celebrating local artisan businesses & beautiful view from the room. The night we stayed, they had a party for the local area (yearly event), which would last into the early hours, we were invited by the owner Olivia, and due to the event, offered to refund our stay in full due to the event.
